“Just wanted to give a big thanks to Jacob, who took my order a couple days ago. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us and was super friendly. He was patient while we decided (because let’s be honest, choosing between a blizzard and a dipped cone is not easy! EVERYTHING SEEMS TASTY HERE) And so he made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Jacob was polite, quick and the whole experience with his great customer service was awesome. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job. Our treats came out fresh and fast, and everything was perfect! If you’re visiting this DQ, I hope Jacob is working, he truly made our visit one to remember!“

The staff is always friendly, attentive, and efficient, making sure every order is just right. The ice cream and treats are classic Dairy Queen quality always enjoyable, especially on a hot day. Staff are friendly and service is generally quick. However, the biggest drawback of this location is the parking lot and its layout.
Parking can be extremely tight, especially during peak hours. The lot often feels cramped and congested, making it frustrating to get in and out. The entrance and exit are not well designed, leading to frequent traffic jams and confusion, especially with nearby businesses sharing the space.
If you’re planning to stop by, be prepared for a bit of a hassle with parking but once you’re inside, the treats make up for it.“
“This rating is not a reflection of the employee herself, but rather the overall experience at this location. There was only one person working, which isn’t fair to her or the customers. When we tried to order hot food, the employee made a face that suggested we were burdening her with extra work — likely due to being short-staffed. It’s understandable, but it made the interaction uncomfortable.“
“Have been a fan of DQ for the longest time. They offer a great blend of vanilla based ice cream and other delicacies. Their blizzards are quite famous and they are not to be missed. This location also offers food options and a variety of ice cream cakes to choose from. A tasty blend of treats with patio access gives a good option for either dining in or take out. Since they renovated, someone behind in the kitchen is likely measuring the ice cream served, especially the blizzards... they are never to the brim and always 3/4 on the cup... that someone, hopefully you are reading this and giving people their monies worth!?
Parking: Parking is generally available, but at times, a bit away from this specific joint.“

“This place offers a variety of treats and desserts to pamper yourself. They also have many offers on their DQ app which is a steal and their blizzards are a must try! The service was a bit slow as there was only one staff member at the counter to do all the chores.“

The downtown one is way too busy .
We went to a location just outside of town and they were really chintzy with the blizzard pieces that I had to ask for more!
They do their treats very well at this location and the service is always friendly.
Never used the drive thru but that's a cool feature.“
