Everyone was amazing this morning! Super friendly and everything tasted great.

I do want to take a second and mention Sofia ( I hope I spelt it right) is the absolute best. She is super friendly, kind and she makes my day every time I see her here. She radiates happiness. She’s the reason I come here instead of going to a closer Starbucks by me.“

“A great vibe, a very nostalgic moment. It has been a while since I have visited a coffee store in a bookstore. The staff was great and friendly. I couldn't get over the price difference. When converted to USD my grande cup of coffee came to 2.24.

“Awesome. The staff is so kind to their regulars. There's a family feel among the staff. Professional decorum. Professional clientele. You can work remotely from here using their unlimited free wifi. There's a washroom right there and the news playing. Big windows. It's a welcoming spot.

Parking: There are several available spots near the main entrance. Very convenient on those cold days.“

“I always come this location before work because their customer service is really different than other location. I feel warm and kind from people here.

Today put wrong location ordered from mobile But girl from drive thru, she happy to serve me even it is not order from their location.

I had experienced with this happen and other location didn’t treat me like this.

From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted & the team was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely eager to help.

I visited the store for my birthday treat & I had asked for a surprise beverage.

She took the time to customize my order just the way I like it and was really efficient despite a busy rush. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it really brightened my day. “I recently visited the Starbucks located inside BBC and had a great experience. Despite the usual long lines, the staff managed to serve everyone quickly and efficiently. I always enjoy trying the seasonal drinks, and their pastry items never disappoint. Karthi, who served us, was particularly friendly and attentive, making the visit even more pleasant.
