I’ve been to so many other locations, but none of them compare to the service and attention to detail here. Friendly team, fast service, and a welcoming vibe. “I just got a drink and unfortunately spilled it trying to push my shopping cart for Fortino’s over a hedge and I explained what happened to the cashier while purchasing another one and she gave it to me for free! it was a person with either a British or Australian accent I couldn’t really tell lol but she was lovely and super helpful. “Awesome. The staff is so kind to their regulars. There's a family feel among the staff. Professional decorum. Professional clientele. You can work remotely from here using their unlimited free wifi. There's a washroom right there and the news playing. Big windows. It's a welcoming spot.

Parking: There are several available spots near the main entrance. Very convenient on those cold days.“

Almost had my day ruined from getting a gross brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso from another location (Torbram and Queen) and they got so involved in conversation and when I showed it to them they figured out exactly what was wrong with it. And they gave me a perfect one of it.“

“Ordered an iced chai latte with vanilla foam on top and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder, plus a pup cup for my dog — everything was perfect! Ethan and Sav are incredibly hardworking and dedicated. You can really see the effort they put into every order. Kudos to both!!“

Her warm and friendly nature made my day, and her exceptional customer service skills are commendable. Not only did she prepare the best coffee I’ve had in a long time, but she also took the time to ensure everything was perfect.

“This morning I woke up i a terrible mood and choose to stop by my local Starbucks. I had ordered a matcha, and I truly had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The employee who made my drink, Ashley, deserves a special shoutout. Not only did my matcha taste absolutely amazing (I could tell it was made with care and attention), but Ashley’s kind, bubbly personality really stood out. Even during the peak of rush hour, when things can get hectic, she managed to stay upbeat, hardworking, and incredibly friendly. She greeted me with a smile, made sure my food and drink came out on time, and genuinely lifted my spirits for the day.
