“We had Pad See-ew, one vegetarian one with Chicken. Both were good and authentic. Not sweet like other places.
Free Green tea at the start is a nice gesture.

They could improve their service a bit. For eg you’re sort of left wondering when you enter what’s the process to ask for dine-in…it’s the same line for pick-up. They they just point you to sit anywhere in the general area they point to.
They brought one main course first and the other several minutes later, with no communication. Rookie mistake when serving a table.
And then for dine in, you’re again asked to go pay at the front cashier.
With a few basic improvements and management, they could improve their customer experience a lot better.
Their signs aren’t lit up and from far, you are left wondering if the place is even open.
We honestly ended up here because Sarvanna Bhavan had a long line up.
To do well in this competitive restaurant area, they’re going to have to step it up.“

We tried the Basil Fried Rice and Pad Thai, and we absolutely loved both dishes. The Basil Fried Rice is our favourite — full of flavour and perfectly cooked every time. One thing I really appreciate is that you can adjust the spice level based on your preference, which is great for families.

Even my 6-year-old enjoys Thai Express and always looks forward to going there. The service is very quick, and we received our order in no time, which is perfect for busy days.
