“We ordered take out for dinner, when we got home the dishes were spicy when we asked for less spicy. We called and told them the situation and the owner, Aman, answered and he was very helpful. He takes his business seriously and was very helpful. They remade the food for us. We’ve ordered many times before and the service and food has been amazing. You can tell he takes pride in his service and quality of food. Definitely recommend trying if you haven’t!“

We accidentally set our $50 pickup order to their London location (an hour away 😩). Tired, frustrated, and now food-broke, we called the London store and were told there was nothing they could do. But in dealing with the Brantford location, they ended up making our order fresh and said they would work it out with the other location themselves, even though it’s a separate owner and was going to be a major hassle for them to sort out. Not to mention the loss in goods. They could have told us “sorry, nothing we can do either, - sorry you’re dumb for making this mistake…” but instead, they made our problem their problem - and that is what amazing local business looks like. I can’t believe the generosity and amazing service. We are so incredibly grateful, and it just made us love this place even more. “I can honestly say when my wife and I drove through the drive through at this place today we were completely blown away by the quality and time through the whole transaction. First off the clear crisp speaking bubbly person sure caught us off guard! WOW, what a novel concept! The Gentleman walked through the order, not making one mistake or asking me the same questions over and over because they didn’t understand. When we pulled up to the window to pay, the same Gentleman immediately asked us if we had CAA or Scene points or both. We handed our CAA card over and got 10% off, and we could have used Scene if we’d had it. A great experience start to finish, and to top it off the food was excellent as well.
