The bucket meals are perfect for sharing, and the sides like mashed potatoes and gravy always hit the spot. The service was fast, and the staff was friendly. It was frustrating having to wait, especially since the restaurant wasn’t overly busy. However, once the staff realized the delay, they made a genuine effort to make things right. They apologized for the inconvenience and added extra wings along with a complimentary drink to my order. That gesture really turned the experience around. While the wait was not ideal, I appreciated their customer service and willingness to correct the mistake, which showed they value their customers.“
