“Fantastic customer service!!!

We walked in just after close but they insisted we could still order

The last time I got a bubble tea (different store) it was not sweet enough so the gentleman that took our order made sure I liked my drink before I left!

I live 50 minutes away but it’s going to be worth the next trip!

“My first time trying boba. I was very hesitant but wanted to see what everyone was talking about. The place was very clean and inviting. The girl (Brook?) was very friendly and answered all my questions about what drink to try. I got a Peachy Lychee with boba. IT WAS DELICIOUS!! Will definitely be back.“

“The drinks are very yummy. The sweetness level can be adjusted. I dont like my drinks too sweet so the staff adjusted it accordingly.

The only thing is... you might love ther drinks too much that you would order everyday.“

They had a great selection of smoothies, Unfortunately, upon the order, we realized that one of the smoothies were listed you were never offered a sweetener to start, but the staff was so kind and understanding they made our smoothie and gave us a That we liked. “I was there to study initially, it would be quite noisy compared to cafés without noise cancelling headphones. But that's expected.I ordered a grapfruit green tea with agar bubble 30% sugar and no ice. The taste was excellent, there were a slice of real grapfruit in it and 30% sugar was just fine for me.“

“i don't get bubble tea too often so i've only been here twice. the first time, the staff was so sweet and explained how their menu worked, gave me recommendations and were just so lovely to be around. this time, i sat in the shop to do some work while drinking my bubble tea and while aggressively erasing, my drink fell off the table and slipped everywhere. the staff was again so sweet, cleaning up and even remaking my drink. they didn't make me feel bad whatsoever (even tho i felt horrible). they even wiped the table where a bit of the drink had fallen and helped make sure my textbook and laptop didn't get any bubble tea on it from the fall. the staff is always so nice and the drinks and atmosphere is always so amazing. i'd recommend the milk tea with the brown sugar pearls cause it's so good - also they definitely have some of the best brown sugar pearls i've ever had“

“I’ve had my eyes on this place for a while now, but never had the chance to try their delicious desserts. They specialize in original soufflé cheesecake and basque burnt top cheesecake. They have recently partnered up with Balzac’s Coffee and offer their coffees.

They have cute and small cafe with a few chairs available inside and 2 tables outside. We ordered “Matcha Cloud Tiramisu”in a cup. It was soft and fluffy. Not too sweet which was great.“

Not only is the price cheaper than majority of other bubble tea places I've been to, but our order was perfect and wait time was short. The workers were incredibly friendly, despite us arriving fairly late (15 minutes before closing) and were very helpful. Will definitely be back soon.“

“This has always been my go-to Chatime location because they make my drink perfectly every time. Their customer service the other day just solidified this being my favourite location. I was shaking my drink to stir it up and it slipped out of my hand and spilled all over the floor. I told the girl working there what happened and she was kind enough to replace it for free. I was already disappointed I lost my drink and worried I'd have to pay for another one. She was very sweet and I really appreciated it. The staff at this location make the best drinks and they also have the best customer service ?“

“Their drinks are really good quality. They also have some fun and unique flavours and styles of drinks like Taro Oreo and Biscoff flavours. It’s in a cute neighbourhood so it’s nice to drop in for a drink when you’re on a walk. I was very pleased with the quality of their drinks. “Stopped by TeaFun first time, loved it! Their bubble tea so good—got classic milk tea with boba, pearls was perfectly chewy. Also tried the takoyaki, crispy outside and super soft inside. The spicy mini hotpot is good but a little bit too spicy.

Vibe is chill and welcoming, great for hang out or quick drink. Staff was friendly and didn’t rushed us even it was busy. Prices fair too—def worth the quality.“

“I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally came and tried the Skaura, Lychee slush and it was good! Not to sweet but lots of flavour! Reason for four stars was due to how long it took for my drink and the awkward customer service.
Edit:I have been to other places like this and not once have I ever waited for a drink that long with two other customers in store! Took about 15 mins! I watched them make the drink it wasn’t the drink that took a long time it was the fact that he took my order and made the lady’s drink in front of me and these kids came in and asked a whole bunch of questions so he stopped making are drinks to answer all there questions and he was to busy keeping his attention on them that it slowed him down after these girls ordered another employee came out to help and I still had to wait 5 more mins for my drink. So if you have somewhere to be I wouldn’t recommend stopping by!“

“I am a fan of Coco. The Bubble Gaga drink is really good!The app is a bit deceptive because it doesn’t let you delay a pickup time despite having a line displaying “pickup for: ASAP”. And when I placed the order (2 drinks) it said ready in approx 30 minutes but then messaged me in about 6 saying it was finished. This could be a problem because all the pickup orders are sitting in the open, no verification seems to be needed to take one. So my drinks could’ve been stolen while I was on my way there! (But they weren’t)A side note, the strawberry latte is not a latte or even a milk tea really it’s more like a strawberry jam drink with cream on top which you mix. I do recommend the passionfruit green tea, all their fruit teas are flavourful and you can taste the tea. Generally Coco is one of the better-priced bubble tea places for their sizes, and the drinks are sweet as I like them.“
