“Fantastic customer service!!!

We walked in just after close but they insisted we could still order

The last time I got a bubble tea (different store) it was not sweet enough so the gentleman that took our order made sure I liked my drink before I left!

I live 50 minutes away but it’s going to be worth the next trip!

“My first time trying boba. I was very hesitant but wanted to see what everyone was talking about. The place was very clean and inviting. The girl (Brook?) was very friendly and answered all my questions about what drink to try. I got a Peachy Lychee with boba. IT WAS DELICIOUS!! Will definitely be back.“

“The drinks are very yummy. The sweetness level can be adjusted. I dont like my drinks too sweet so the staff adjusted it accordingly.

The only thing is... you might love ther drinks too much that you would order everyday.“

“I just had a wonderful first time at Nostalgia Games Cafe! not only are the staff incredibly helpful and friendly, the service was phenomenal and the at o sphere was so welcoming and pleasant. It did not feel like a loud crowded space and everyone was laughing having a great time playing the amazing selection of games they have. The food was also fantastic and you definitely do get service with a smile her. I highly recommend it for a casual fun hang out or your next party event. You won’t regret it! Definitely planning to go back and have an event there soon! Thank you nostalgia for bring back. Piece of my childhood! Good laughs, good food and good times!“

They had a great selection of smoothies, Unfortunately, upon the order, we realized that one of the smoothies were listed you were never offered a sweetener to start, but the staff was so kind and understanding they made our smoothie and gave us a That we liked. “I was there to study initially, it would be quite noisy compared to cafés without noise cancelling headphones. But that's expected.I ordered a grapfruit green tea with agar bubble 30% sugar and no ice. The taste was excellent, there were a slice of real grapfruit in it and 30% sugar was just fine for me.“

“I’ve had my eyes on this place for a while now, but never had the chance to try their delicious desserts. They specialize in original soufflé cheesecake and basque burnt top cheesecake. They have recently partnered up with Balzac’s Coffee and offer their coffees.

They have cute and small cafe with a few chairs available inside and 2 tables outside. We ordered “Matcha Cloud Tiramisu”in a cup. It was soft and fluffy. Not too sweet which was great.“

“This has always been my go-to Chatime location because they make my drink perfectly every time. Their customer service the other day just solidified this being my favourite location. I was shaking my drink to stir it up and it slipped out of my hand and spilled all over the floor. I told the girl working there what happened and she was kind enough to replace it for free. I was already disappointed I lost my drink and worried I'd have to pay for another one. She was very sweet and I really appreciated it. The staff at this location make the best drinks and they also have the best customer service ?“

“Was in the mood for bubble tea and realized how close to home this was. Tried it and am so glad I did. Not only is the price cheaper than majority of other bubble tea places I've been to, but our order was perfect and wait time was short. The workers were incredibly friendly, despite us arriving fairly late (15 minutes before closing) and were very helpful. Will definitely be back soon.“

It’s in a cute neighbourhood so it’s nice to drop in for a drink when you’re on a walk. I was very pleased with the quality of their drinks. “I am a fan of Coco. The Bubble Gaga drink is really good!The app is a bit deceptive because it doesn’t let you delay a pickup time despite having a line displaying “pickup for: ASAP”. And when I placed the order (2 drinks) it said ready in approx 30 minutes but then messaged me in about 6 saying it was finished. This could be a problem because all the pickup orders are sitting in the open, no verification seems to be needed to take one. So my drinks could’ve been stolen while I was on my way there! (But they weren’t)A side note, the strawberry latte is not a latte or even a milk tea really it’s more like a strawberry jam drink with cream on top which you mix. I do recommend the passionfruit green tea, all their fruit teas are flavourful and you can taste the tea. Generally Coco is one of the better-priced bubble tea places for their sizes, and the drinks are sweet as I like them.“

“Just received our uber eats from TeaFun and it's absolutely delicious. The cucumber and pork is perfectly seasoned, flavorful chili, tender pork. The dry fried green beans are perfect. The Mapo Tofu has silky tofu, the exact right amount of pork, and delightful mala. Cannot wait to get another order and try other stuff.“

“Just go to Westdale and hang out. Great spring time spot just steps from McMaster U. Massive menu of cool looking bubble teas and smoothies. Really unique recipes are what make this stand out. There are some regular staple flavors for the people that don't go to far off the path.“
