“Nice staff but understaffed. Have to wait a little too long for coffee when you walk in. Poor staff that was there seemed over run with things to do. The restaurant was very dirty including the bathrooms. Hire more staff and pay them properly!“

“I'm not much of a fan of Tim's coffee shops, but I wanted to make special mention of this outlet. A lot of Tim's places are really reducing their seating, which kind of implies that they don't want us around, but this outlet still had plenty of seating, and I was able to sit a chat with a friend in relative quiet. When I have Tim's, I think I'll use this outlet.“

“Definitely stands up to its name as Starbucks. Walking into a place like this brings those "feels" of welcoming bliss of coming home. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area, the barista workers are amazing and they know their menu very well.

“Little disappointed in service recently. The older employees who have been there a while are always super friendly and greet me as I come in so this isn't about them at all. The newer ones, however, act like I don't exist when I walk into the building. I never stay long enough in the building to get an accurate read on the atmosphere but it seems fine.“

“Tim Hortons at 452 St.Clair always has amazing service, especially the 5am staff. My orders are always right and made properly. I will go out of my way just to go to this location. Thank you for always starting my day off the right way!

Too strict customers! I hope the owner gets all this data they desperately need to make proper changes. To the owner, I am sorry we had to make an example of this location, but it is the central Timmies people come to. Fine, then I say allow your customers and workers to tear down the foundation that Mr. Horton left behind as a legacy.

Today Miah and Richard provided outstanding service. From beginning to end Miah was a wonderful host...she made my sandwiches perfectly. They were full and warm.
Richard was very courteous, prepared my coffee well...both worked sincerely to meet my needs“

“Wheelchair accessibility: This location is accessible although a bit cramped, I would think for most in a wheel chair. If you need someone's assistance to transfer, you may be frustrated with the little space provided in the washroom. This is no fault of Tim Hortons. I find many restaurants are not properly equipped for those who require assistance with their mobility“

“It's always a pleasure to order at this Timmies. We ordered at the drive through. Although it was a long line the staff was fast and efficient. They worked together as a team and handled that busy crowd like pros. I could see things tidy inside and the staff at the window were friendly and considerate. We'll be back to order a 4 by 4s and snack at this Timmies again. Luv Malcom???Stay strong Chatham.

“One of the best McDonalds I have been in. Was impressed on how they had one person clean the tables as people left. Other restaurants need to take a lesson from them. Service was excellent as this is my one stop on my way to Windsor. Have told others of this excellent restaurant! Kudos to all who work there!“

Kids seem to love it too.
