“These guys go above and beyond their call of duty to deliver EXCELLENT service to their customers!!! I made an online order at approximately 4 PM with an ASAP pick up time. I work in a hospital, and got called away for an unexpected urgent matter before I was able to leave work. I was an hour later leaving than I expected. On my way home, I received a phone call from Regino’s asking if I was on my way to pick up my food. I explained my situation and apologized, but having paid for my order online already, I didn’t feel too badly about being late. When I arrived, the staff showed empathy for my situation, and insisted on preparing fresh food for my order and asked me if I was ok with coming back to pick up the food in approximately 6 to 10 minutes. I thanked them and went to my car to wait, and the next thing I know a staff member was walking out of the plaza towards my car, delivering the freshly made food to my window in person. Didn’t come back to this place for few years now but give it another shot this month twice and the pizza and the panzerotti was really good, looks like maybe the owner is in the front now, before the workers were running this place down

Can be very busy at times and with two workers, they don't always have time to tend to customers that walk in.
