“If who makes concern: the restaurant in collingwood (Pho Le) does not tip the staff, all tips are withheld by the owner. The people who work here have all quit because of this injustice and got angry for no reason from the owner. I hope I want someone to stand up for this. Thank you so much.“
“1st time visiting it was friday there was no one inside. we sat down and waiter was friendly. gave us menus and 2 sec later came to see if we are ready, we hadn't even opened the menu. ordered drinks and fresh spring rolls as an appetizer. very fresh and tasty. then came our mango salad was big enough for two people. very fresh and i recommend. our main dish came appx 10 min later over all it all came very fast. ordered the pho special and the mango beef stir fried. all was nice and huge portions. every time u are done with a plate waiter comes and takes it immediately. one downfall is you feel very rushed to eat. they do not come ask how your meal is, if u need more drinks or have extra napkins on tables. we sat and waited forever for our bill till i finally asked for it and went and sat back down to review it. i guess they expect you to just go to the counter and pay. we left cash and then departed. overall food was fantastic, communication is not so great. i would recommend dining in as to take out. Huge portions“
