“I’ve been coming here for years. I always just get a pizza. In the past, I have found it thin and dry crust. Today the mystery was solved. The woman asked if I wanted thin or regular crust ? Who knew there was an option! I was never asked or advised. I ordered the regular crust , and it was delicious 😋. Staff are very nice.“

What really stands out, though, is the way the place is managed. Shehan is incredibly welcoming, he remembers customers, checks in with a smile, and makes the whole experience feel personal. From the moment we were seated, Dino greeted us with a big, welcoming smile and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout our visit. “Amazing experience at Ciao Ragazzi! My husband and I came for Valentine's dinner and we were not disappointed. We waited less than 5 minutes for our table and were checked on multiple times to make sure we had been greeted and served. Once we were seated, our server came and was polite and sociable. We shared a pizza and had pastas as our mains. The pizza (patata bianco) is phenomenal. We've been to other restaurants that have wood oven pizza and this is definitely the best. The pizza crust was crunchy but fluffy and the flavour was perfect. I ordered the pappardelle with mushrooms, which was a perfect mix of mushrooms and a bit of sausage but the truffle was not overwhelming. My husband had the carbonara which he said was “better than mine”. We finished off our dinner with an affogato for me and my husband ended up getting a second Pisa to take home. Our server was attentive and checked in but still gave us enough space to enjoy our time together. We loved Ciao Ragazzi, looking forward to coming back.“
