“I stopped by Tim Hortons for a quick pick-me-up and ordered a steeped tea. It was perfectly brewed—rich, smooth, and just the right temperature. The service was fast and friendly, even during the busy morning rush. The staff made sure my order was accurate, and the tea tasted fresh, just as I hoped. Trainees were also experienced enough to serve the customers. Great management !
