“Jay went above and beyond for me. I go to this location fairly often to order a personal cheese pizza for lunch. I parked my truck and took my time heading into the store. When I went to the counter to order, Jay had already prepared it and put it in the oven. I only waited for two minutes to receive my pizza. Great job being proactive, Jay.
