“Lovely restaurant with great food and good customer service. We were seated in the patio which was very nice and had air conditioning. Food came out piping hot and was tasty. Staff regularly checked in on us which was great.

Only criticism was that we found a bug in the vinegar. Once pointed out to staff, it was addressed promptly, but still dampened our experience.“

“My father and I came to Dorset for Father’s Day brunch and had a wonderful experience. We ordered the Halibut and Chips and the Braised Beef Skillet, and both were amazing and good portion size . Our server, Saba, was welcoming, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We order Sticky Toffee Pudding for our dessert which was really tasty to finish our meal. Thank you Dorset.“

“A good friend from Montreal, was in Toronto today, and an acquaintance who we haven't seen for some time, and Bill and I met for a late lunch at the 'House on Parliament', (454 Parliament St. - west side of the St., south of Carlton St.). Someone recommended to us and it was our first visit there. The staff were friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was great, the food (great menu) was delicious, and the prices were fair! I had the 'Vodka cured smoked salmon' with fresh basil cream cheese, capers, cucumber, red onion confit and crostini. Very fresh and very tasty. The others also really enjoyed their meal too. If you're ever in the vicinity, I would highly recommend going there. Check out their page on fb to see some great pics of the food they serve. We will definitely go back there...“

“I'm from Saskatoon and whenever I visit my sister (who lives in Toronto) we go to The Churchmouse for a meal and/or drink and the atmosphere. We were recently there for soccer Sunday and had another great time. Our waiter looked after us and all his other costumers in a timely manner. We look forward to our next visit!“
