Very refreshing when you need a cold drink. I seek out Real Fruit Bubble Tea in different areas specifically for their unique tapioca bubbles.“

This was my first visit to the Windsor Arms Hotel, and we had the pleasure of staying for the weekend and enjoying their iconic High Tea experience. I can genuinely say I am already counting the days until I can return. The service was exceptional. We visited during the Toronto International Film Festival, when the hotel and surrounding area were incredibly busy with events and guests constantly coming and going. Despite how hectic the weekend was—and what appeared to be a short-staffed team—the level of professionalism never wavered. Our waiter was excellent: gracious, attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly courteous. The kindness and politeness of everyone we encountered throughout the hotel were remarkable. The food was equally impressive. Everything was beautifully presented, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The attention to detail throughout the entire tea experience felt meticulous without ever feeling overly formal or impersonal. And then there is the atmosphere. The décor, ambience, history, and elegance of the Windsor Arms create such a distinctive experience. The entire establishment is a vibe of its own—intimate, sophisticated, timeless, and incredibly charming. What impressed me most was how beautifully they maintained such a high level of service during one of the busiest weekends in Toronto. “Tasty drinkers. Service was pretty good. They really blast the AC in there. Was frigid cold while i was in there. They have great seating area with charging areas. Very nice. Lots of drink options. I went for watermelon green tea slush crush it was sooooo goood. Cant wait to try more. Ill bring a sweater next time to properly enjoy the seating area. A++++“

“Went, for the first time, to the recent one in Staines today. Super friendly and wonderful customer service overall! My boyfriend and I was served by Sarah and she was lovely! The food was divine (had the chicken kebab wrap) and the gelato was lush! Highly recommend!!“

“Ordered a Hong Kong French toast. It was made to order. The wait wasn't too bad. Less than 15 mins. Tasted hot and fresh. Topped with butter and included a side cup of syrup. It came with an HK milk tea. Milk tea was top tier. Very hot, but I liked it! I could tell the tea wasn't old pre-made tea thats sitting aside, unlike some places. Combo total was around $12. Ate the food right away in the food court. I would return again!“

“I have been here a few times for afternoon tea and always loved it.
Recently we made a reservation for breakfast with my family and husvands family following our wedding day.
The staff were so lovely and the service was wonderful. They brought pots of coffee for our table so we could refill them ourselves which was appreciated.
Even though they didnt usually do this, i requested a single pancake on the side and they generously made it for me, the sous chef came out and congratulated me herself!
Blown away by the experience, food was wonderful and my whole family had such a special morning thanks to the staff here.

“Thank you to the kind and handsome staff who helped me fixed my drink due to there being a lot of seeds from the passionfruit lemonade drink which I had never tried before. But, today I decided to try it for a change at the suggestion of the cashier. Luckily my bus was taking time to come so I decided to sit down and sip my new bubble tea. To my surprise it had both lemon seeds and passionfruit seeds. If it was JUST the passionfruit seeds, I would’ve had no problem but the lemon seeds were thick and bitter especially when I tried to bite it 😱😭. I didn’t even know it had real lemons in it which I thought at first was a nice touch but then the seeds, such a disaster. Anyway, after some internal debating I decided to return to real fruit bubble tea and simply asked if he could possibly strain the seeds, after explaining what happened. He was quick to reassure me that it wasn’t a problem and solved my problem in under 5 mins!! Give these guys a raise lol!! Thanks again for your wonderful help and customer service.
