“I started coming to this Timmies in Oct. 2021. Beverley learned my name within a week and greeted me like family from then on. The entire staff is lovely. I moved two months ago and I don't even live in the town, but I still drive here instead bc I love the people. The food is always good and I've never got something that wasn't (I go nearly every day). Reading through the low reviews on Google I was confused.. maybe people were having a bad day, but the hearts of these people shine bright. They are my favorite and seeing them in the morning is the right way to start my day :) thank you so much for being you. And the staff recommendation for an iced matcha latte was the perfect accompaniment. Cool & beautiful interior; there is even an old vault with cosy seating. All in the great setting of beautiful downtown Fergus. The perfect stop on a summer road trip.“

“99% of the time I go to this location my food is perfect, not messy, warm and not extremely long wait times, maybe some days but quality never fails me. I will drive 45 minutes to go to this location just because I know I will get great service compared to the rest of them around.“
