“Discovered this hidden gem today in st. Catharines. Walked in to a delicious smelling spot. The lavender latte and cream cheese stuffed pretzel were a yummy morning treat. Wide variety of treats and drinks. The man behind the counter was welcoming, friendly, and patient while I decided what treats to get for me and the kids. Reasonable prices.“

“We have been picking up sourdough here weekly, they have a great number of options on the daily and special breads that come out as well. It's nice to find a real good crusty sourdough! My fiance loooooves their mini pecan pies, I loved there cruffins. We would pass on the cookies in the future as we prefer soft cookies and there crispy but that's more of a preference as the flavour was also great. All around a fantastic place.“

“Generally, lines are very long most of time (not if you cone early) but all products are very good. Cinnammon toast is excellent. There is very little chive in the garlic chive twist. Lemon curd cruffle is a little deceiving from the outside (could have been more filling)“

“We were very lucky to be able to get a table for the yearly Fa La La Ladies night at Pie Guys. Although it was busy, and staff were busy prepping for the big event, we had great service. The drinks were an art form, as well as tasty. The food was also very good. They have regular dinner and lunch specials, high teas, and so many baked goods. One of the staff at Caffe Gatti said she would deliver it personally as I was worried about the condition if it went through a delivery service. “90% of the time this location is absolutely amazing. Friendly staff, the whole thing. Today however I will have to say I was saddened by what I saw. Dee was the gentleman who took my order and as always he was fantastic. Hashbrowns were out so I had to wait a bit ( NBD) during that wait Dee had switch from cash to cleaning. He had his gloves on, sweeping, mopping just killing it. Here's where I got sad. My food became ready to hand out, Dee was informed, however Dee beging the responsible guy he is. Asked another girl to hand me my food as he had cleaning gloves on and didn't wanna handle my food with dirty gloves. The annoyance that the girl seemed to have at his request was very upsetting. The look she gave him wasn't cool. Thank you Dee for being food safe!!“

“Sunday September 1st my spouse and friend decided to have a nice coffee to catch up outside on the patio as it was a beautiful day. However, Tim Hortons clearly hires inconsiderate contractors that were pressure spraying the patio, doors and windows around us forcing us to leave. I wasnt there for a shower. Had he have just asked us to move so he could finish the job, I would understand. Maybe he needs better customer service skills :(“

The staff is very friendly and the male supervisor was very nice and helpful with helping my wife on what to get and help her customize the wrap.
