“This is the best location I’ve been to by far. Food is amazing (as always), I got the Cheez-Burger benedict, it’s the best breakfast I’ve ever eaten. My partner got the Pesto Philly Steak skillet; I didn’t like pesto before, but I sure do now! The atmosphere is wonderful, and the layout of the restaurant makes the space a good volume, which is great for someone who has trouble hearing. The hostesses were the friendliest I’ve ever encountered, and my waitress Vivian was so welcoming and lovely. 10/10 would eat here again.“

“I wanted to try something new off of the Starbucks menu yesterday, and I had a nice conversation with an asian female barista who was really helpful in guiding me to pick out something new that suited my preferences. I ended up getting a pineapple refresher, and she also offered my mom a cup of iced water since she wasn't ordering anything on that hot day. Everyone needs some hydration this week, given all the heat waves. Memorable service.“

“On Saturday 30th December at 4:00 pm, I had the best service at the drive through. The female at the window was super kind and literally put a smile on my face after a hard day. I forgot her name, but keep up the good work, you’re amazing ❤️“

“The more I go to this one I admit it is starting to grow on me - not the coziest atmosphere like some smaller stores but they do a good job of trying to making you feel comfortable. There were even Easter eggs hidden around on Easter morning - nice touch.

Parking: Lots of parking but to get in the store you have to walk through the drive through line-up and even though there is a marking on the pavement to leave space for pedestrians I still find myself battling vehicles to get across to the front entryway.“

“Ordered a medium lasagna and caesar salad to go for a mini reunion with some high school pals. Everything was ready at the time requested. Lasagna was delicious, many layers of thin, melt in your mouth pasta and the salad was fresh with great dressing. More than enough food (leftovers!). Have ordered before from Valentino's and they never disappoint!“

“Rarely mess up our order and if they do it’s usually busy and I sometimes have edited drinks so that’s on me. So I’d give this place a 5 star, polite staff, always as quick as they could be (it’s handcrafted so takes more time than just a Tim’s coffee/beverage,) and of course tasty drinks.“

“Drinks were mostly filled with ice then the actual drink. Great service with getting the drink pretty fast and then spelling my name right (lol). Atmosphere wasn’t too loud and everyone was respectful. Overall, I would give it 4.5/5 stars.

Parking: A few spots to park next to the Starbucks but you can park near the other restaurants or on the street for a little quick walk.“

“Went here each morning while staying in Port Colborne for the weekend. First day I went in and was greeted by friendly staff, second day I went through the drive thru. Again greeted by friendly staff. Got both orders in a timely manner. Everything was correct. Only complaint is they didn't cut my daughters bagel either time.“
