“We had a hockey tournament in fergus today and we all decided to go to DQ for some ice cream , Jordan was the one helping all of us and I have to same I am very impressed with her customer service, she was able to make everyone one of us happy, she took everyone’s orders, handed out everyone’s ice cream, food etc and all made sure we were happy and satisfied even when sitting at our tables! 10/10 recommend and we will be returning because of her! “The fergus location is the best! We have been to both Fergus and Guelph. Our girls love the Fergus location. The man that is always there when we bring our girls to get their Sweet Tea fix is absolutely amazing, so friendly and super kind to our girls. They have been going frequently and just love how nice and friendly he is. Our youngest has been insisting on using her own money to buy stuff there and LOVES giving him tips! Every day she asks if we can go there. Thank you Fergus location (only man we have seen every time we go,Wish I knew your name) for being so kind and patient with our Littles when they come to purchase their own Sweet tea❤ Thank you very much! On top of that, they’ve got locally raised, natural beef in the freezer and it’s proper, no gimmicks. It’s 100% worth the drive to Belwood.
