“First timer, the place was very clean, the staff was very friendly. The food, WOW! it was soooo good. Ordered the Habib bowl, Jerk chicken bowl, and guava juice. The meat was moist, and the rice was excellent. The sauce used was a perfect match. The guava drink was a great choice for a beverage. Tahini is defently a place to grab lunch or dinner. You will not be disappointed. She was always smiling when she was talking to me and cooking. Her main ingredient was cooking with love. 100% recommended.“

There is also a small market where you can pick up spices, cheeses, snacks, and drinks. “It is a good grocery store; they have fresh halal lamb and they will ground the meat if you request it, and the variety of fruits and vegetables is one of a kind in Buffalo. However, I do not prefer their baklava. It was too expensive and not very tasty. There are better options even in Buffalo.“
