“Ive eaten at many shawarma places in the area over the years, and for a while id keep running into Amir at different shops. He was always working hard and now with his own shop downtown. Im not always in st catharines as I live and work far away, but when im in town I always see Amir for my fix. Always a smile, remembers me, and it really feels like your brother made you lunch or a midnight snack.

Chicken shawarma everything
Extra garlic and hot sauce,
And he always puts a little tabouleh on for me.

Baklava is amazing too.

“It’s About Thyme is fantastic. Sam is a master . Every time I order from him , it’s always the yummiest thing that I’ve eaten since the last time I ordered from him . I always order the beef Shawarma dinner and believe me it’s the best beef Shawarma anywhere in the city . The prices are excellent. The food is absolutely delicious. Way to go Sam ! I feel so blessed that he brought his culinary artistry to St. Catherines.“

“I just wanted to share some well-deserved praise for my recent visit to your Fourth Avenue location in St. Catharines.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly nice, welcoming, and attentive.

As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. I especially appreciated that the team didn't skimp on any of the toppings. The amount of pickles, feta, and garlic sauce was absolutely perfect and made my Chicken Shawarma meal fantastic.

“Absolutely loved the chana puri here! The chana was rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced and puri was soft, fluffy, and freshly made—crispy on the outside and light inside. The side salad and pickle added a nice fresh touch. Great portion size and super satisfying. Definitely one of the best I’ve had in Niagara Falls. Highly recommend!”“
