“Tried a whole variety of Chris’s ice cream this weekend (7 different flavours). They were all delicious!!! My absolute favourite was the lemon ice. The texture and lemony taste was the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world, including Italy! You’ve certainly got that recipe perfected Chris. I can’t wait to get back to Ottawa for more.“

“I come from a place that prides itself with ice cream, but after getting my hands on malak’s vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, pistachio, cookies n cream, black cherry and more flavoured ice cream, it made me forget all about the ice cream i enjoyed for most of my life.This was truly the best and most delicious gelato I ever tried.Cant wait to have some more.“

“Went there last Thursday the fourth and was very happy with both the service I received and the ice cream quality. Very impressed with how the store was run and it was very clean. The young man working there let me try many samples and I didn’t feel rushed. Store was not busy and I bought the mint chocolate chip 1 scoop ice cream. Overall nice baskin Robbin’s“

“I really like Menchie's as a whole. They're got a good variety of flavours and toppings and I always end up spending less than I expect to. The servers are pleasant, if a bit inattentive and the patio is quite nice in the summer. The biggest problem with this location is that it often feels a bit run down. The machines are often a little wonky, often dispensing almost liquid froyo, there's sometimes garbage or sticky residue left around and the toppings, especially the cooled ones, are sometimes depleted. Though I think this just comes from the fact that the location itself is too small and understaffed for how busy it gets.“

“I have had poor service from this location in the past and I wrote about it. I had EXCELLENT service this weekend and this store deserves a great review.
I ordered a cake for a special event this weekend from a competitor and when I went to pick it up they had no record of my paid-for order. The substitute they offered did not remotely meet my needs. We stopped at Baskin Robbins in desperation.
Staff were friendly, helpful and SUPER accommodating. With incredibly short notice they prepared two lovely and tasty cakes. They helped make my event a success. Well done!“

“A sunny day, a little hungry, let's go for an ice cream corner ? dipped in the variety of 30 choices of Belgian chocolate dip, a very refreshing summer drink or a delicious gourmet milkshake with cheesecake, cakes with mousse or cakes of your choice, pancakes, donuts, waffles.. etc. it's a diperie paradise Perfect for having a good time with the family! Favorite for the best creamery in Gatineau! It was always an amazing experience i bring my kids and i come specifically from ottawa cause the quality and the staff service is wonderful ❤️“

“OMG! This place is dangerous! The shakes are so dang delicious and the lokmas are to die for. This place is dangerous for my waistline. Add in the amazingly friendly and courteous staff and you have the best place to grab desert after you grab some good eats next door at Bergham.“
