“The fergus location is the best! We have been to both Fergus and Guelph. Our girls love the Fergus location. The man that is always there when we bring our girls to get their Sweet Tea fix is absolutely amazing, so friendly and super kind to our girls. They have been going frequently and just love how nice and friendly he is. Our youngest has been insisting on using her own money to buy stuff there and LOVES giving him tips! Every day she asks if we can go there. Thank you Fergus location (only man we have seen every time we go,Wish I knew your name) for being so kind and patient with our Littles when they come to purchase their own Sweet tea❤ Thank you very much! “I frequently go to both the Guelph and Brampton locations, and feel the chains are far and above the best place to get smoothies. Highly recommend the mango smoothie with mango chunks or the taro coconut at 75% sugar. Very impressed with the quality of ingredients and taste“

“Very relaxing vibe. The staff is always super nice, always positive and smiling. We have tried many drinks and to list the ones we like would be too long of a post so I'll keep it vague. Traditional milk tea is a great start with tapioca pearls. If you like fruity drinks the slushies or fruit teas are amazing. For a pick me up, order from the Nespresso drinks (tried and loved it). I personally like the Thai Milk Tea with nothing in it to enjoy the full flavour of the drink but the Honeydew is also a weakness of mine. Overall will return many many more times. Great for a date night out or a dessert after eating dinner.“

“Delicious real fruit bubble tea. So many different combinations to make. Fruit teas, milk teas, coffees!!!! Have to go more than once until you make your ultimate drink. It is a true skill to get the straw in on the first try. I love fruit teas!!!! (Apple and Honeydew are my favourites). Enjoy!!!!!“

“Weow, this place is amazing! The rose tea is a must try, it’s definitely our new favourite bubble tea place in Guelph! Also the waffles are really delicious.

Service is a little slow given how busy it is and there’s one person behind the counter, other than that it’s worth the wait!“

“Gotcha is one of the best biba place un Guelph.There were lots of selections or varieties to choose from and its flavours is truly magical and one of a kind.My most fave is the taro bubble tea in which they use fresh taro.It’s a little pricey but it was worth it.And its place is very cozy ti stay for someone who wanted a place of research while having a boba.“

“Overall it’s great to have fruity bbt around rather than Chatime at the university or at university plaza by nofrills, but I don’t understand why this particular coco would discontinue one particular drink on their menu. Lemon King holds a special place in coco, no other competitors has a whole lemon in their drink, it is unique and great choices for those who enjoy sweet and sour refreshing drinks. I would give this place a 5 star if they don’t remove stable menu item so easily, and I don’t know why but every time when I enter the store there is this strong chemical smell at the entrance, could be just me, but I always hold my breath going in and out.“

“The drinks are super good and the staff is nice, but the paper straws are not the move. The straw gets ruined and you can't even pierce the top properly. Otherwise, this is a great place.
