The gentleman serving the ice-cream today let my puppy into the store because it was hot outside, and then he offered us a pup cone, which was totally unexpected but certainly appreciated. Also, their prices are much lower than other places, and they don't charge extra for waffle cones. If you are a dog parent and you like Kawartha ice-cream, don't hesitate to come here.“

“The fergus location is the best! We have been to both Fergus and Guelph. Our girls love the Fergus location. The man that is always there when we bring our girls to get their Sweet Tea fix is absolutely amazing, so friendly and super kind to our girls. They have been going frequently and just love how nice and friendly he is. Our youngest has been insisting on using her own money to buy stuff there and LOVES giving him tips! Every day she asks if we can go there. Thank you Fergus location (only man we have seen every time we go,Wish I knew your name) for being so kind and patient with our Littles when they come to purchase their own Sweet tea❤ Thank you very much! “The portions for the icecream servings are SO worth it for what you are paying. And super delicious. The staff is nice and friendly, and the actual tea room is ADORABLE! Its a cute little date spot, or a nice place to chat and catch up with your friends. The food is all delicious and adorable ontop of that! We held my friends birthday here with a large group and they were super accommodating.“

“This is a nice place for an after-dinner meal, or perhaps a date. I ordered the Hit D Spot, which is a plate of Belgian waffles topped with ice cream and brownies. It was very good, but pretty filling so I had to share it with my brother. It took some time to make, though that was understandable given the size of the order, which was pretty big. I would suggest bringing someone to share your food with if you want to order one of the bigger desserts.“
