The gentleman serving the ice-cream today let my puppy into the store because it was hot outside, and then he offered us a pup cone, which was totally unexpected but certainly appreciated. Also, their prices are much lower than other places, and they don't charge extra for waffle cones. If you are a dog parent and you like Kawartha ice-cream, don't hesitate to come here.“

“Stoped in on boxing day around 8pm. Was surprised how late they were open during holiday season. Was happy they were open because the chocolates smelled and looked so delicious. The staff were very welcoming. The establishment was clean and lots of places to sit. I had a specialty dipped waffle cone s’mores ice cream and it was so rich and creamy. The chocolate dip is so thick and amazing i ate the whole treat. It was a small but was still a large portion. This is a great place to spend your cheat day.“

“The fergus location is the best! We have been to both Fergus and Guelph. Our girls love the Fergus location. The man that is always there when we bring our girls to get their Sweet Tea fix is absolutely amazing, so friendly and super kind to our girls. They have been going frequently and just love how nice and friendly he is. Our youngest has been insisting on using her own money to buy stuff there and LOVES giving him tips! Every day she asks if we can go there. “Went to Mr. Puffs (Dougall Ave., Windsor) for the first time tonight after dinner after hearing so many great reviews.They were all correct! What a gem this place is! The desserts are incredible! Special shout out to Riley who went through everything a first timer needs to know with such patience and care. Her recommendations were excellent! I even got a free 6 pack as today is my birthday! I stopped by D Spot in Guelph and had such a great experience, thanks to Jas! She was so kind, friendly, and welcoming — her attitude really made my visit stand out. You can tell she truly cares about making customers happy.

And the ice cream? Absolutely delicious! It was creamy, rich, and full of flavour — hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. Everything looked amazing, and the taste did not disappoint.

“Our go to ice cream shop. They have ice cream cakes, logs, and frozen desert pies as well. Various Chilli dogs, orange jullious drinks. Prices are fair considering today's going rates. Wait times can be a bit much but I understand they have to prepare the ice cream. Still never had any major issues.“
