McDonald's in Guelph

“Over night staff was so kind to bring me out of the cold and storm -11 as I placed my order like 2am. They were fast and through as well, AS ALWAYS this McDonald's isn't afraid to apologize for rare mistakes amd fix them promptly imna regular customer few times a week and I've never dreaded coming to this location and now I know way with more certainty.

Note location is 24 hrs lobby is not.

“Food was good, nothing crazy but what do you expect. Service was fast and quick and they had GEL members walking around which was a refreshing sight. Only negative was the homeless people that were roaming like sharks but not much they could have done about that 😅“

“The food here is good - never had any issues with their foods or drinks.

The service can be slow at times. Most recently, I ordered an iced coffee when it was not very busy, but still had a lengthy wait. I do like that this location still allows you to fill up your own soft drink cup.

The atmosphere is ok, one thing I don't like is how customers just leave their carts everywhere, especially near the entrance and the ordering kiosk.

The layout of this location isn't very good, as the ordering kiosk is just in the way, and there is no direction of where to line up if you choose to order through the cashier.“

Vegetarian options: Very customizable if you don't like meats.

Dietary restrictions: All items can be changed down to the last ingredient, so it's very easy to change your food to any of your needs or restrictions.

Parking: Always plenty of spots and never have had an issue with finding parking or curbside spots“
