“Issac, Jonny and Jen C are always super friendly, fast and competent.We’re usually passing through at night and there’s rarely much available in the line of donuts, muffins or pastries, but every one of these employees makes a great coffee and fantastic sandwiches.It’s the service here that has us driving an extra 10 minutes past another Tim’s.Thanks Guys !!“

“Exceptional service! We had the omelette (with all the works) and some waffles with fresh fruit toppings, along with a freshly brewed cup of Joe, as well as some cold green juice sold here. The portion size was satiating, affordable and nutritious; the ambience of the restaurant was very welcoming and pleasant. I will definitely highly recommend you stop here for some brekkie/brunch. It appears that they also have arts and crafts for sale from local artists around town.“

“Pulled into the drive through, was about eight or nine cars ahead of me. The cars kept moving up because they were getting great service. Very minimal wait considering the size of the line. When I got to the window the lady was super friendly and happy. I was very happy with the service. The food I ordered was 2 breakfast on biscuits, 2 black coffee and a 50 of timbits. Great service. “I really appreciate the staff at this tims being friendly and happy early in the morning. I would say their error rate is lower than what I've seen at other Tim Hortons. There isn't a lot of parking but the drive through is quick. Very busy in the morning.“

“I attend the Jarvis location regularly, and compared to many other locations both the staff and efficiency stand out. The food prep layout allows staff to serve both in store and drive thru guests quickly. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Orders are always accurate.“

“Always have all items present and accurate. Constituently good. Clearly a sign to continue, options for coffee etc are plentiful here! They sometimes request you to advance and promptly serve your order, ensuring efficient drive-thru times and wait times are never long. Meanwhile, you quickly receive your correct order, and they prioritize your satisfaction and never forget about you. I'm confidently leaving the pickup window with my items and skipping the need to check because of how accurate they always are. If they appreciate it, I might return for more.
