Dairy Queen in Hamilton

“I came from Toronto to Hamilton for a welcome cake, and Bhoomi at the Rymal Dairy Queen was amazing! She went out of her way to message me every step of the process, even sending me a picture to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The cake turned out beautiful and delicious — it made our celebration so special! 🎂✨“

“Went for a quick treat with dad as other location on king/Ottawa was packed. Was in and out at this location.

Sucks they got rid of the bench out front,.but because of the neighborhood I can understand why.

I would encourage this location to not allow drug users to hang around their parking lot and taking up parking spaces. As I sat and had my ice cream, people came and left once they seen the drug users sitting there passed out.
Maybe get together with the store hire security to discourage this behavior.

Would be nice to have a small table out front instead having to sit in my hot car.. bring back the bench.“

“Food: Its ice cream, how can you go wrong. They made my fries fresh and they were some of the best I can remember having in a long time.

Service: The girl behind the counter was nice enough to keep my box of buster bars in the freezer while I waited for my burger and fries.“

“We ordered 2 different cakes for our granddaughters sixth birthday. It was a Stitch theme and wow the designs on the front of both cakes surprised all of us. One of the cake had our granddaughter holding Stitch's hand. Everyone loved the pictures and as always the ice cream cakes!“
