“Had a wonderful meal. Food was fresh and service was quick . Wait staff were on their toes and cleaned empty dishes quick and efficiently. I think I like this better than a Grill House because I don't have to cook my own food and is basically the same price . Food came out 2 or 3 dishes at a time . Upper James location in Hamilton was very busy but still wait time on food was great . Will definately go back . Need one in the KW area . If you fill out a Google review right at the table your sodas are covered as a promo.“

“Amazing food, exceptionally caring and attentive staff. The people here go out of there way to make sure customers are happy, comfortable and taken care of. Tonight I ordered through uber eats and accidently canceled the order, UE. Charged a 95% cancelation fee to my CC without telling me.. when I noticed the charge on my card, I spoke to Uber eats who refused to refund the "cancelation fee", and would not place a reorder without me paying again (double charge) for the original order. I ended up driving to the restaurant and told them of the situation and they made sure I was taken care of. They fufulied my order without knowing if UE would give them the money they are owed. I absolutely recommend this place and have ordered from them many times, every single time the food is incredible. If you're looking for a nice night out, or take out food, you can't go wrong with August 8 Burlington!“
