“Great variety. Lots of sushi options.. it was our first time trying Daikon (Radish) Rolls which replaces the seaweed + rice, and we found them quite refreshing.
The combo with dim sum is unique too.. loved the Beef Tripe and Sticky Rice. I’d stay away from the Peking Duck however, it doesn’t include crispy skin.
You also get a nice ambiance with dine-in, can hold a conversation without shouting. Only reco here is for more playlist variety.. they had Taylor Swift on repeat.. for nearly 2 hours.“
“Best Dim Sum used to be closer to the main road. They moved right around corner to increase their visibility. You can now parked in front of the store’s entrance. It’s a small, but very inviting retail space. Everything is showcased nicely and is well labelled. They have a website with current pricing. They offer delivery. I paid in cash. This store is located in an area known for a lot of manufacturers and sellers of frozen dim sum dishes. So there are many of them to visit and try. Competition is fierce, so each one must be unique and different. This store really stands out because of the yummy photos plastered on their outside windows, and their interior decor is modern.“

“Food was very fresh and hot. The dumplings and the buns were very good, the rice and noodles were good. Not vegetarian friendly at all, some menu items appear vegetarian and actually include meat, we should have clarified with the waiter.
Vegetarian options: Extremely limited, only one tofu dish, none of the noodles are rice are vegetarian.“
“First time buying frozen dim sum from Wa Jee Foods. I found them from Google Map search and didn't know much about them. The chive shrimp Har Gow was very good and I highly recommend it. The chicken shimai was on the dry side. Overall I am happy with their quality and will come back again in the future.“

“The modern atmosphere is beautiful as you're eating delicious handmade soup dumplings. The wallpaper and lights are beautiful. You have to order online by scanning a QR code on your phone. You can make special dietary changes, they're very flexible. There's not much interaction with the employees. It's almost completely empty and quiet. The food makes me speechless. It's exactly the perfect amount of savory. I definitely recommend coming here“

“The restaurant is affordable, with fresh ingredients and good cooking skills. Ginger-onion lobster, drunken-flavored pork ribs, fish-flavored eggplant stew, cold melon-fried beef, dry-fried beef river, etc. are all worth recommending. Good service attitude.“

“I have been going to this restaurant with my family for over 30 years! It's one of the best in Toronto.
Vegetarian options: It's all veg
Dietary restrictions: No onions and garlic! That's what I like about it.“

“We’ve been here a few times in the past. The food is okay, nothing that really stands out/just your average fare, although the fish soup (which I didn’t get a picture of) is quite good and usually does get ordered when we do come here.
Having said that, I think the prices here are quite good and is good value.“

“We have had DimSum in many places from Saskatchewan to Ontario and even in China and I must say this was the best Dim Sum I have ever had, not to mention that the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Ginger and Onion to anyone looking for a Dim Sum meal. Cost was very fair.“

“Grandeur Palace truly lived up to its name as a grand and elegant venue for a wedding celebration. I had the pleasure of hosting my wedding here along with a traditional tea ceremony, and a reception, and it was spectacular. The venue is adorned with stunning chandeliers and bright lighting that sets the perfect stage for any occasion.
The staff at Grandeur Palace were attentive and genuinely invested in making our night a success. What truly sets this restaurant apart, however, is the exceptional service. Manager Franco goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. His accommodating nature made planning our tea ceremony, wedding ceremony, and reception a breeze. Franco was flexible with our requests, assisting us with everything from tablecloth selections to chair colors and backdrops. He even helped us navigate the audiovisual equipment, ensuring that every detail was just right.
Now, let’s talk about the food—an exquisite selection of Chinese cuisine that captures the essence of flavor and tradition. The highlight of the night was the Suckling Pig, perfectly crispy skin and tender meat, that left our guests raving about the dish long after.
The price range at Grandeur Palace is very reasonable considering the quality of both the food and the experience.
Overall, Grandeur Palace is a venue that combines excellent service with delicious food. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or simply indulge in some fantastic Chinese food. It offers not just a meal, but a memorable experience that you won’t soon forget. Highly recommended!“

“Great selection of frozen dim sum and other Chinese dishes.
Highly recommended if you constantly have the craving for dim sum but don't wanna trek out to Markham and Scarborough to pay $10 for 4 tiny little bbq pork buns.
Frozen dim sum is a great way to scratch that itch, and chances are that most dim sum restaurants just steam their pre-frozen dishes anyways.“
