“You will eat z bugs. I've worked in Chinese restaurants and the reality is that humans eat 2.5 pounds of bugs a year. Whether they know it or not, the secret is that they don't know. sometimes restaurants get spankings when a cooked creature is exposed. We've bought lots of dim sum from you people. I can only hope that I don't come across this again. You still get five stars for the convenience and the flavors, but watch out more carefully next time.“
“I ate soup dumplings for the first time today! Hahaha, it’s fun and delicious?. I ordered a bowl of Chaos, it was very light and I liked it very much?. Personally, I prefer pure meat xiaolongbao. I think it is more delicious than crab powder xiaolongbao?. The service and atmosphere are very good. I like the paintings on the wall!“
“Best Dim Sum used to be closer to the main road. They moved right around corner to increase their visibility. You can now parked in front of the store’s entrance. It’s a small, but very inviting retail space. Everything is showcased nicely and is well labelled. They have a website with current pricing. They offer delivery. I paid in cash. This store is located in an area known for a lot of manufacturers and sellers of frozen dim sum dishes. So there are many of them to visit and try. Competition is fierce, so each one must be unique and different. This store really stands out because of the yummy photos plastered on their outside windows, and their interior decor is modern.“
“The dim sum is of good quality. The waiter service is good. The best thing is that there is no mandatory 12% service charge?. So I paid a 15% small bill?. Other restaurants charge a mandatory service fee, but only give you a 5% service level.“
“Great spot for low key and traditional dim sum. Unlike the typical banquet style dim sum halls, Tak Fu is more reminiscent of a local tea house restaurant. They've been around for decades and their dim sum is quite good. We appreciate that they use pork in dim sum whereas most spots are now using chicken (e.g. in siu mai).Highly recommend getting the baked pastry filled with minced pork. It was baked to order, super fresh and tasty. The other dim sum are solid too.Really friendly and polite servers.“
“Amazing vegetarian Chinese food in Scarborough! Lots of selections and creative dishes. Great family friendly atmosphere with lovely staff. I've been taking my parents and vegetarian friends here for years! If you're coming here for dimsum it's best to make reservations ahead of time as it gets quite busy.“
“Karl, our server, was superb! Anticipated our needs and what our young kids will need. Very nice guy! Great service! Even if it’s lunch, we got the dinner menu for AYCE. So much food selections for kids and adults. Food was great! Good portion size and whatever you ordered comes. Not like other AYCE places where they cut you off if you order a lot, or the portion size is super small so you need to order more but you don’t get everything. The thickness of the sashimi is regular sized, the portions of the rolls are generous. The bbq pork buns were good too. We had the sweet sour rolls, szechuan special roll, and the diamond special roll. Everything was great! So happy we found a good ayce restaurant. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Nice ambience. Very kid friendly! Again, thanks to our server Karl for making our dining experience with young kids so easy and enjoyable (those parents with young kids 5yrs old or less will know what I mean).Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! They have plastic cups for the kids, clean highchairs, good room to manouvre strollers, good selection of food that kids will eat.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible tables and doors. Great for people on a wheelchair, walker, or moms with strollers.“
