Very unlikely for a fast food environment she checks in with her customers during slower times to see if everything is to the guest’s satisfaction. She also takes complaints about the often dirty washrooms seriously and escalates the issue to Management right away.

“So disappointed this last time I went to Hutch's. I ordered a large fish and chips and both pieces were barely the size of what one piece used to be. I always got a large because I would only ever eat one piece and bring the other home for lunch the next day but not anymore. Both pieced fit on the plate and were covered with fries you couldn't even see the fish and trust me there wasn't as many fries either. Definitely not worth 18 bucks anymore. not saying I won't go back but it won't be as often as I used to. I am going to start looking for another place to get my fish and chips.“

“I’m very pleased with the food and service at this Church’s Chicken location. I usually order the Mexicana Sandwich, and I always prefer to have a fresh patties. Whenever I ask the staff for this, they are more than happy to make it fresh for me.

The staff here is friendly, helpful, and always willing to accommodate requests. Because of the consistent quality and great service, this has become one of my favorite Church’s Chicken locations.

“Great experience! Ordered on a whim after seeing this place on Uber Eats. They’re selling the Boston Pie cakes here and they are so good! Got the caramel shortbread cake which has a Lotus Biscoff type of flavor. Came well presented in a reusable bag.

Also got the fried chicken sandwich which was nice and crunchy, veg was fresh and the chicken itself was very tender and flavorful dark meat. Next time I’d try one of the bento boxes as well!“

“Ordered for pickup. pizzas were ready when we arrived. Piping hot and loaded with toppings. Great deal on any size pizza with up to 7 toppings. Kids said it tasted great. I’m still having issues with the online platform not allowing me to pay online but otherwise a great Friday night dinner“

“Went in for the burger deal. The girl who took our order (Mya) was very pleasant. The girl who dressed our burgers (sorry I didn’t get her name) was great and did not skimp out on the pickles! I was happy to see the Christmas decor still up and the music still playing. The restaurant was clean and when I mentioned there were no napkins they got some out right away. I will return to this location.“

“For being on campus food it’s probably one of the best locations — can get very busy around 8pm and crowded along w/ the second cup line. Food is always hot and fresh from the order line, and I haven’t come across anything raw yet. Some other foods like the wraps aren’t as good. Fries are usually over-fried but again, still good fries. One warning: sometimes they don’t know how to make the orders… for example I got chili twice but once it had cheese curds and crunchy bits, the other time it had salsa and sour cream. Which is odd (it’s supposed to come with salsa and sour cream) I also ordered a BCG poutine that was supposed to come with bacon, green onions, and sour cream, but It came with just bacon and some random shredded cheese? I mean I liked it but not what I ordered, double check with them if you’re really stingy about it though otherwise it’s a gamble.“

The grilled chicken here is exceptionally fresh, juicy, and full of flavor — easily the best I’ve ever had in Related places. I highly recommend all my GTA friends to try this branch at least once; it genuinely surpasses the others.

A small note: I do miss the modern Coca-Cola freestyle dispenser with multiple drink options like Fanta Zero — the current eight-option soda machine feels like a step back.
