“We tried A1 Poutine and Wings and we were completely blown away! We ordered the chicken tenders “naked” with sauce on the side (honey mustard, and honey garlic siracha), the original poutine with waffle fries, and the butter chicken poutine.

The tenders were a perfect size—moist, flavorful even on their own, with breading that was crispy and seasoned just right. The original poutine with waffle fries was delicious, but the real standout was the butter chicken poutine. Literally perfect! The flavor was spot on with the perfect balance of spice and heat— we will absolutely be ordering it again.

On top of the great food, the staff was just as impressive—kind, enthusiastic, and genuinely friendly. Their amazing customer service made the experience even better, and we just did a pick up order! “So disappointed this last time I went to Hutch's. I ordered a large fish and chips and both pieces were barely the size of what one piece used to be. I always got a large because I would only ever eat one piece and bring the other home for lunch the next day but not anymore. Both pieced fit on the plate and were covered with fries you couldn't even see the fish and trust me there wasn't as many fries either. Definitely not worth 18 bucks anymore. not saying I won't go back but it won't be as often as I used to. I am going to start looking for another place to get my fish and chips.“

Little Caesars is my go-to when I need something fast and budget-friendly. The Hot-N-Ready pizzas are super convenient—just walk in and walk out with dinner. “For being on campus food it’s probably one of the best locations — can get very busy around 8pm and crowded along w/ the second cup line. Food is always hot and fresh from the order line, and I haven’t come across anything raw yet. Some other foods like the wraps aren’t as good. Fries are usually over-fried but again, still good fries. One warning: sometimes they don’t know how to make the orders… for example I got chili twice but once it had cheese curds and crunchy bits, the other time it had salsa and sour cream. Which is odd (it’s supposed to come with salsa and sour cream) I also ordered a BCG poutine that was supposed to come with bacon, green onions, and sour cream, but It came with just bacon and some random shredded cheese? I mean I liked it but not what I ordered, double check with them if you’re really stingy about it though otherwise it’s a gamble.“

“As a senior, I’ve struggled with my hearing when out etc. I went to Harvey’s on Upper Ottawa after my local dump run. The gentleman named Chris was so helpful and patient with me. He took the time to help me get the lunch I needed. The restaurant is clean, friendly and most of all the food was delicious! What Chris didn’t know was I’m recently widowed and it’s hard for me to eat solo etc. Having a great conversation with him just made that task more doable! Thank you!

While others are busy cleaning the restaurant. Food is typical BK fare but it’s the staff that set this store apart.“
