“I was so impressed with my breakfast this morning! I tried the plant based combo and my husband ordered the zinger burger We both finished our whole ordered and were so impressed with the quality of the food and the short amount of time it took to receive it. Our cashier was sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back!“

“I would say this place is one of the few ones that serve the KFC more fresh than others.

I would say a probability of 80% that you will get your KFC fresh here. During peak hours
When it's not fresh it's quite bad. Bad oil , stale etc.
This place is quite busy in the daytime on weekdays and that was the best time I would say to get the KFC. One other thing. Sometimes the fried chicken here is absolutely salty for some reason. I don't know what it is.

They need to clean the ordering area better cuz sometimes it gets dirty.“

“Unfortunately, after arriving home, I found my order incorrect. Asked for regular mayo on three items. Get home, and find all three covered in pepper mayo. They are inedible because of this issue. This is not the first time this has happened. It will be the last, though. I will be taking business elsewhere.“

“We decided to treat ourselves to a night out, something we don't do often since we usually prefer home-cooked meals. The kids were craving KFC, so we decided to give it a try. In the past, we would visit the location on Upper James for these treat nights, but the last few times, the chicken wasn’t fresh, and while that was disappointing, the bigger issue for us was the customer service. It just didn’t feel welcoming, and we almost felt like we were being inconvenienced.

However, we decided to give the Upper Paradise location a try, and let me tell you, it was an entirely different experience. The staff greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in, and they were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to our picky kids, which is why we often avoid eating out. The restaurant was spotless, the chicken was fresh, and the service was top-notch.

A special shout-out to Kneethu, who we believe is a manager (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name), for checking in with us after we finished our meal. She asked how we enjoyed our dinner, which added a really personal touch to the service. It’s rare to find this level of care these days, and it truly made our visit special.

To anyone reading this review, I highly recommend trying the KFC on Upper Paradise & Mohawk. The fresh, hot chicken, the friendly service, and the attention to customer satisfaction make it stand out. Thank you to the team for making our experience so enjoyable! Keep up the great work!“

“I really enjoy the food but this visit wasn't the best customer service. I didn't know how much exactly was ok my gift card and they don't have a way to check. After using it a few times, it's hard to keep track. They seemed annoyed that I didn't know and just told me they can't check and there is no way for me to check. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience nor sympathize in any way. Just straight up no. I really think they need to update this, most places now will just subtract the balance of the gift card and let you pay the remainder without having to input the exact amount.

Parking: Small parking lot but usually has spots open. Can be tough to get out since it's right on a busy corner.“
