“Best food truck in Durham, always consistent and reasonably priced. Staff is super friendly and always takes time to explain their menu and portion size.

Any of the negative reviewers below, clearly are not from small towns and know how chip trucks run; it's rather embarrassing that you would leave a review about the " attitude" of a food truck employee 😆.“

“We were a party of 4, one member of our group had serious mobility struggles . All staff around us went beyond reasonable expectations, demonstrating so much patience and making efforts to accommodate some irregular requests. The staff was so considerate and helpful, I can begin to explain how helpful it was in a stressful situation. Their kindness did not go unnoticed … service was top notch - food was alright - mashed potatoes were terrible but otherwise, would recommend ! Thank you.“

“With multiple restaurants and choices in the area, Kelsey’s continues to be my go-to place. The food is always hot and fresh, (they make a killer bacon cheeseburger, Buffalo chicken sandwich and their wings are phenomenal). The exceptional service is the real reason I continue to return. Brandy, the day bartender, is a rock star, she’s always on the ball, pouring me a beer before I sit down and refilling my beer before I need to ask. She is always happy, smiling, and ready to crack a joke and never fails to make my time there enjoyable. Katelynn, one of the managers, is equally as attentive to ensuring service is priority and that guests are satisfied, she’s super friendly and I can tell she makes it’s a point to make all of her customers feel welcome and and ensure the service is top notch . Then you have Shane, the owner, he’s always checking on the restaurant and guests to ensure they are getting quality food, service and that they are overall happy with the experience. You can be sure he will stop by to say hi and make sure your experience is positive every time you go in. I highly recommend Kelsey’s Bowmanville, it has become my go-to over the past several months and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.“

“Held a Celebration of Life with about 50 people. Had a buffet with a large variety of food that was all delicious. Many compliments from attendees! Our waitress Kate was amazing. “Amazing food and service! THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST DIVE BARS IN DURHAM REGION. It is defiantly not a “family bar” like Montanas or KELSEYS but if you are 20-45 it is a great atmosphere and has a really cool karaoke night on Wednesdays :) they also have the BEST deep fried Mara bars :)“
