“This has become my go-to spot after work for the past 3-4 weeks, and it's now my favourite late-night place in Hamilton. I always order the Crispy Chicken Combo - hands down the best burger in town. The first time I came here, Sana, one of the staff members, helped me choose the perfect toppings. Her excellent communication skills and friendly service made the experience memorable, and ever since, l've been coming back for more.“

“Best place to go for a delicious bite to eat after a nice long walk in the nature. They have the best hot dogs, poutine, burgers and ice cream, especially their famous lavender lemon ice cream. “So disappointed this last time I went to Hutch's. I ordered a large fish and chips and both pieces were barely the size of what one piece used to be. I always got a large because I would only ever eat one piece and bring the other home for lunch the next day but not anymore. Both pieced fit on the plate and were covered with fries you couldn't even see the fish and trust me there wasn't as many fries either. Definitely not worth 18 bucks anymore. not saying I won't go back but it won't be as often as I used to. I am going to start looking for another place to get my fish and chips.“

“I can't rate service or atmosphere, as I've only ordered them through skip. That said, I've had them over a dozen times. A little higher end price wise, but it is my favourite vegetarian burger in hamilton. The fact that their fries are solid, too, is the icing on the cake. Worth every penny. “As a senior, I’ve struggled with my hearing when out etc. I went to Harvey’s on Upper Ottawa after my local dump run. The gentleman named Chris was so helpful and patient with me. He took the time to help me get the lunch I needed. The restaurant is clean, friendly and most of all the food was delicious! What Chris didn’t know was I’m recently widowed and it’s hard for me to eat solo etc. Having a great conversation with him just made that task more doable! Thank you!

“I was in the area, hungry and looking for something tasty for dinner and I was fortunate enough to spot this Harvey's! Immediately upon pulling in there was ample parking and the lot was nicely shoveled. Inside, the restaurant was immaculately clean and I was warmly greeted by all of the staff. I ended up going with an Angus burger poutine frings and whipped up an Arnold Palmer for myself at the soda machine. The food was served piping hot and absolutely delicious. The serving size was EXTREMELY generous. I actually had trouble finishing the frings poutine. They were so jammed full they could barely close the lid. For my Angus burger I had the works and added ghost pepper mayo. Don't say I didn't warn you but it is legit! It is both delicious and spicy. Use with caution if you are not accustomed to taking heat. Overall this was an absolutely perfect dining experience and for sure I would be happy to come back do this Harvey's next time I am in town! An easy 5-stars!“

“I am currently disabled, using a cane. The hostess behind the counter was very helpful, bringing my tray to the table. The Double Buddy I ordered was hot, juicy and tasty. The onion rings were too crispy so she graciously made me another batch which were excellent. Both servers were very polite and extremely helpful. I have been dining at A&W locations since the 60's in the days of the carhops (I miss that aspect). I highly recommend this location.“

“Being a vegetarian I don’t usually go to these burger chains but i had to try their new masala burger.
I was so amazed, it was very fresh tasty and loaded. Couldn’t ask for more.

I tried their plant based before but I didn’t like it.
Only downside was cleanliness. I didn’t have much conversation with staff so can’t say anything.
Overall good experience. Will go there again.

“I went to A&W with my friend which is located at Limeridge mall. Our server was very friendly, attentive and really made the whole experience feel special. Her name was kamal. It was excellent customer service from start to finish. We really enjoyed the food. Great service.“

“The highest rating I give any fast food is 4 star and it definitely goes to this Harvey's location. I went to this place in the 80s and it still tastes the same and the fries are still good. They've had a couple of face lifts but still put out a consistent product 👍

“Food was very subpar. the garlic loaf was cold, the soup luke warm, and the chicken fingers for $21 were coated in an oil based sauce that you could not see or taste. Asked for sauce to dip and it was mostly oil mixed with a hot sauce. Yellow Currie was ok but very bland in taste. stack quesadilla was luke warm did not come with sour crème or pico de gala. it had been a long time since we had been here and it looks like it will be even longer before we ever go back. I can say that the servers were pleasant and apologetic for what came out of the kitchen.“

“I was hoping to pick up a sandwich for the car as I was in a hurry to get to my next meeting.
I ended up ordering the fish and chips. I know hard to eat in the car but I went with it.

Everything from the crispy fries and equally crispy fish it was delicious.

It took a bit longer to get than expected but they didn’t disappoint.

I’m not sure what the ambience of the restaurant is because I was there late morning.

“The owner of lotos is incredibly amazing, I rented the hall for my daughter’s 1st birthday, he was super helpful, and accommodating. We ran into an issue of the bouncy castle not able to fit in the hall and allowed us to have it in the parking lot at the back of the hall. Overall great service, I highly recommend lotos for any party planning. My husband and I appreciate him being so generous.“

“My brother and I stopped for lunch. This was our first time being inside the restaurant. I ordered 2 junior burgers, and my brother ordered 2 double cheese & bacon burgers. The food was very good.

We sat down at the booth. We noticed that the tables, chairs, booths and the floor were clean.

They do their best to keep the washrooms clean. They have Wheelchair Accessible Entrances.

They have free parking with Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots and Entrances. They do have drive-through.
