“Huge shout out to Firehouse Subs, my husband and I went in unaware that they were closing within 4 minutes of the time we walked in, everyone was so friendly and polite. When we realized they were closing we apologized for coming in right at closing. They told us it was no problem at all and that they were happy to serve us. I normally am very careful not to enter a business so close to closing time as I know what its like to know you are at the end of your shift and ready to go home when that person walks in after all your closing routine has been done. So thank you to all of the staff that was working tonight for taking the time for the two very hungry adults who came in right at closing time. Normally we don't eat this late at night but hubby was late getting home from work. Best part is our subs were fantastic!“

“To be honest I’ve never been in the store. One of my brothers lives close by and anytime he comes to visit on a Sunday I have to get him to stop into this location for 2 spicy chicken subs.
The quality and care that the young lady puts into making them is impressive and far superior to any other location.
She even wraps tomatoes and puts the bbq in a container so the 2nd sub I have the next day is a fresh as the first !

“My girlfriend and I went to your location on Monday night at around 6:30 and Taylor was working by herself with a decent line. We left for 15mins and came back to the line pretty much gone and she still was very pleasant and the restaurant quite clean. She has an extremely positive attitude and a great work ethic. “I agree that this is the best Subway in Keswick. It's in a somewhat questionable part of town and the plaza feels kind of run down but inside this Subway is really nice and spacious. I find wait times have never been an issue here and the service is pretty great.“

“There's really not much food you can buy at Southlake at 10 PM. The Timmies was closed and the same with the cafeteria. Subway was open and it was to get a freshly made sandwich instead of packaged and processed food. We ordered the assorted 12" sub and devoured it after a long wait in the ER.“
