“I stop at this location regularly, and Ankit is always the highlight of the visit. He somehow manages to take my chaotic morning coffee order and make it feel like a VIP experience. Professional, friendly, and faster than my truck’s remote start—this guy has it all.

My coffee was perfect and honestly, if Ankit were running the whole country, we’d probably have fewer potholes and faster Tim Hortons drive-thrus everywhere.

If you want great service with a smile and maybe even a laugh, go see Ankit. The man is a Canadian treasure.“

“Milk tea is one of my comfort drinks, and my experience at Gong Cha was really great. I ordered the brown sugar boba milk tea and strawberry crème brûlée, and both were delicious. I love how you can customize your drink to your preference. Even though there was only one person on duty during my visit, the bobarista was so nice and approachable, very accommodating, and took the time to suggest drinks that suited my taste. The service was friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Gong Cha London.“

“I went into Nespresso just to look for a specific machine and ended up having a great experience. I found out that students get discounts, which was a nice surprise.
The staff member who helped me, Pritesh, was extremely helpful. He helped me find the right machine, the exact color I was looking for, and even let me try different capsules.
Overall, it was a great experience and excellent customer service. The only downside is that the store is small and sometimes there is huge lines“

….so don’t like putting out bad reviews but it’s been happening a lot lately. Getting at the drive through to order and being welcomed with a “yeah?” “Yup?” “What do you want?”. Don’t put a staff that can’t understand English to take orders at the drive through. Many order errors, making customers repeat constantly. Many staff are wonderful there and the food is good… I think it’s the human errors that make it a bad experience.“

When I went they were sold out of almost all the food options and several of the drinks. But the staff were very friendly and offered some alternatives.

“I go here every day for my nitro cold brew today I went back in because the coffee tasted off and they literally changed the keg 3 times I felt bad and told them it's not that big of an issue but they insisted and made sure I got a proper tasting coffee service 10/10 the team at the location is made up of an all-star line up. “My brother and I stopped by while we were in Loblaws. The single worker was chipper and got us our orders quickly. Our drinks were hot and well-made, although I think their prices are a bit too high. The sitting area was clean, however, it wasn't the coziest. Being in a grocery store and all.
