“We have been to many different tasting menu restaurants and Pearl Morissette is BY FAR our best experience yet. The food, the service, the pairing (and yes, they have a non alcoholic pairing!) She was kind, friendly and super fun as well as knowing everything that needed to be known about the menu, the history of the place, where the knives come from ! “Really personable establishment with a beautiful atmosphere. We sat out on the patio and tried a couple flights of wine that we chose, which is great as a lot of wineries really limit what you can choose. Our fave was the Viognier.

We visited 6 wineries on our visit to the Niagara area and this was by far the best.“

“My partner and I stumbled across this winery as we were taking a stroll through Jordan. We never expected to have the best wine-tasting experience ever. Patti graciously greeted us as we walked in, explained everything and let us pick our seats. Kristen was our host, she was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, observant, funny and just an overall positive vibe. Surprisingly, I purchased three bottles, I couldn't leave empty handed. “I brought my staff to this winery for a team outing and we had such a great experience! The setting was absolutely beautiful.. the views were stunning and the entire place had such a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The wine was also delicious!

“I don't even know where to begin. My wedding this past weekend was held in the back of the vineyard at the HEW Park. Our dinner & dance reception was in a gorgeous white tented space with a stunning outdoor ceremony backdrop of mature trees and white hydrangeas, and an outdoor stage space, perfect for our cocktail hour. With our first-look, and sunset photos down a woodsy path to the harbour, I couldn't have imagined anything more beautiful!
This venue served nothing but the most immaculate vibes!

Cassie and her team were nothing short of outstanding and did the most with helping me create the day of my dreams! Communication was excellent, the catering through the venue was incredible (We still have guests messaging us about how amazing dinner was), and the flow of everything was stress-free. The chats back and forth to accommodate last minute changes, and discussing how we can take what was in my brain, and put it out in the real world was easy, and took away a lot of pre-wedding-day-stress!

Oh, and the wine was great! I had the Pinot Grigio, and LOVED it!

I went back to pick up some items that I couldn't fit in my first trip, and realized that this space is definitely a new happy place!

“First time visiting during 2024 Fall wine festival. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had a full day so we didn't get a chance for a proper tasting, only had there Icewine and Merlot. We ended up purchasing bottles of both.

“My sister and I love this restaurant. The surroundings are so beautiful. Even if you are inside all the windows provide a splendid view of the outside world. We had the pasta feature of the day and it was delicious. We also shared the Octopus on toast which was equally delicious. This restaurant is a must try. Unfortunately Lincoln road is under construction and although it says "road closed" it is open to local traffic, which includes the restaurant.“

The owner, Taylor, is so passionate about their wines and the entire process and it shows through their product. You absolutely have to try their 2021 Estate Viogner and 2020 Syrah. Both offer such a distinct flavour that is unlike any other wine in the region. Don’t miss out on this winery.“

“We came to Le Clos Jordane last week for a “Terroir to Table” tasting and presentation. We were lucky enough to be hosted by Tamara, who is so sweet, knowledgeable and who gave us a really interesting presentation. This visit was certainly the highlight of our Niagara wine tour. “We had the best experience visiting Organized Crime today for a tasting. We had Jill help us out and she was so amazing - stayed and talked us through everything, we learned so much about the wine and winery. It truly was an amazing experience because of Jill. The wine was also amazing, which was only expected because of the many awards they have won. Organized Crime has won itself as one of my favourite wineries now, and I would highly recommend the visit!“

“I’ve never been a butter tart fan - BUT that has changed forever (if they’re from 13th Street’s Bakery) I picked up a couple pecan nut butter tarts and raspberry & Coconut butter tarts!! “My wife and I stopped for a wine & charcuterie board lunch at Niagara Custom Crush Studio and had a great visit. The charcuterie board was excellent, we both enjoyed our wines (she chose a Stoney Ridge Chardonnay, while I had the Unscripted Cabernet Merlot) and the setting in their gardens was beautiful.

Because it's a virtual winery with multiple winemakers selling out of their retail store, it has a large & diverse selection of wines.

All the staff were very professional, and I have to note that I had a unique shipping request for the wines I purchased and they accommodated that request without any pushback.

“I stumbled across this "hidden" gem while visiting the Niagara Falls area, and I’m so glad I did! I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the wines and the impressive knowledge of the staff. With decades of experience immersed in wine culture and having visited many wineries across the globe and in my home state of California (Napa Valley and Paso Robles), the expertise here is noteworthy.

During my visit, I particularly enjoyed the Riesling and Chardonnay, which was surprising as I consider myself a "red wine guy". In contrast, I found that the few wineries we sampled in Prince Edward County were disappointing, as I felt a couple of the wines were undrinkable.

If you’re in the Niagara Falls area, I highly recommend stopping by Hidden Bench. It’s a remarkable experience that showcases the best of what the region has to offer! Cheers!“

“We came in as a group for wine tastings. Tim was our Server.. Very knowledgeable of the wines and helpful. Made us feel welcome. Unfortunately one of our party had to stand at the table as.a female staff member refused to get out of the chair she was using even though he asked for the chair for us. We almost left instead but decided to give it a chance because of Tim. We left with several bottles of wine and enjoyed our time. Tim deserves a raise“

*Update review, 3rd time coming and my expectations overcome by far! We thought to stop by only for a taste in our way to see the falls but in the end we stayed for supper and no regrets, waterfalls can wait! Food was very good but service shines amazingly as the good wines they have. This time I leave not only with some bottles but a t-shirt also. Also, now they can send you some bottles per year with a reasonable price.“
