“I had ordered a large drink via DoorDash, and when I got the order and opened the bag, I noticed that there were two drinks instead of one large. I found a sweet note attached by one of the workers who had made my drink explaining that they were running short on large cups so they made me a medium and a small. Thank you so much much to whoever did this. You made my day!!!“

I always order a large green tea with a peppermint tea bag and 2 sugar 1 cream, most locations give me a hard time about it and I’ve even had some employees at some locations give some serious attitude. It’s fine I get it’s not the typical Tim Hortons order but I prefer Tims over Starbucks for a multitude of reasons…

I’ve been coming to this one for a few weeks since I work in the area, and after only 3 times serving me, Barb knows my order and was totally respectful of it!

I was shocked, it was incredible customer service, I’d never felt so appreciative of a Tims employee in my life. I’ve come to this location countless times through my life as I’m a raised Keswickian, but never once till now did they ever give me an interaction that made me want to give a positive review. Don’t know if that speaks for general standards of Tims, but Barb is holding the crown.

This is the standard of service that Tims should shoot for, she is setting it. 💯🙏“

“We came here to get some ice cream and snacks on the way back home.

The place is actually pretty clean and nicely designed. There is lots of space to sit and tables were all clean.

We ordered a happy meal for kids and some ice cream cones and flurries. The food was pretty fresh and well prepared. Ice creams were as always delicious and fresh.

The whole place was not crowded at the time we visited, and it was pretty clean and well decorated with balloons.

Washroom was also very clean and smelled really nice.

Staff seemed pretty friendly and fast at the time, as it was not really busy. We got the orders on time and used the machines to order the meals.

There is lots of free parking space outdoor.

They also have drive thru option here which is pretty convenient for winter.

“A cozy little place. It’s off a busy road so it can be difficult to get in and out of the parking lot if it’s a busy time of day. The food was great and the service was fast. I ordered a classic bacon, eggs, and home fries with toast, and they did it well. They had a good selection of jams and spreads to choose from.“
