“I’m from Toronto, and I happened to pass by this place while working in the area. If you just want to grab something quick in the morning and have a coffee to wake up, Tim Hortons will do the job. But if you’re after quality, come here — you know what I’m saying. The staff are really friendly and patient.“

I always order a large green tea with a peppermint tea bag and 2 sugar 1 cream, most locations give me a hard time about it and I’ve even had some employees at some locations give some serious attitude. It’s fine I get it’s not the typical Tim Hortons order but I prefer Tims over Starbucks for a multitude of reasons…

I’ve been coming to this one for a few weeks since I work in the area, and after only 3 times serving me, Barb knows my order and was totally respectful of it!

I was shocked, it was incredible customer service, I’d never felt so appreciative of a Tims employee in my life. I’ve come to this location countless times through my life as I’m a raised Keswickian, but never once till now did they ever give me an interaction that made me want to give a positive review. Don’t know if that speaks for general standards of Tims, but Barb is holding the crown.

This is the standard of service that Tims should shoot for, she is setting it. 💯🙏“

“Went through the drive through today, and the the worst happened: my car stopped and would not start.
The employees went out of their way to help me when they absolutely didn't need to. The booster cables came out and i was out of there pretty quickly. Thanks guys, and sorry to the people who couldn't get their food because i was stuck.“

“A cozy little place. It’s off a busy road so it can be difficult to get in and out of the parking lot if it’s a busy time of day. The food was great and the service was fast. I ordered a classic bacon, eggs, and home fries with toast, and they did it well. They had a good selection of jams and spreads to choose from.“
