I always order a large green tea with a peppermint tea bag and 2 sugar 1 cream, most locations give me a hard time about it and I’ve even had some employees at some locations give some serious attitude. It’s fine I get it’s not the typical Tim Hortons order but I prefer Tims over Starbucks for a multitude of reasons…
I’ve been coming to this one for a few weeks since I work in the area, and after only 3 times serving me, Barb knows my order and was totally respectful of it!
I was shocked, it was incredible customer service, I’d never felt so appreciative of a Tims employee in my life. I’ve come to this location countless times through my life as I’m a raised Keswickian, but never once till now did they ever give me an interaction that made me want to give a positive review. Don’t know if that speaks for general standards of Tims, but Barb is holding the crown.
This is the standard of service that Tims should shoot for, she is setting it. 💯🙏“
“Love this Tim Hortons- one of the best I have ever been in. Staff are great and the place is always clean, restrooms too! Great job!
Parking: Lots of parking places and they have a double drive though so they get those customers on their way quickly.
