“Great location! 5/5! Came to get a Boba drink for the felix collab. Found out they don't have the buttons today. The staff said it'll be there on Wednesday probably. -0.5 points for gongcha canada itself for the button distribution not being managed better (since it's only available in 2 locations right now). The drink itself (brown sugar milk tea) was good!“

“Customer service is key. Walk up to order and I was instructed to go to the Self-Serve women was short and rude as ever. Placed my order and it was wrong the other young lady was so kind and corrected it. Where has communication gone in this world? It's kind of disgusting. Because of that last lady I dealt with you recieve a good review!!! Keep smiling and thanks for turn my day around because that first lady had me so agitated and irritated and you turned it around by just being kind and communicating and talking and correcting my order.“

“Have been a long time fan, from the delicious drinks and treats to the adorable decor and merchandise. Today was my first time back post Covid. Staff was friendly and cheerful but the wait time was actually really bad. Had I known it would take 25 minutes to receive one bubble tea, I would have gotten my drink before my lunch. Unfortunately couples coming in after me were receiving their drinks before I did. Love the new straws and can overlook that they do break easily, because they’re much better than paper!“

“My favourite bubble tea spot, we used to always drive in from Stratford specifically for their drinks. Tapioca is always spot on, one of the best out of all the bubble tea shops I’ve had drinks from. Can’t beat their drink prices as well. The milk tea trio, crannyberry green tea & grapefruit are my favourite.“

“This one I always enjoy going into, such lovely staff! Many different options and the Alley does collaborations with anime’s sometimes and it’s really cool, the one right now is Demon Slayer! They have an app as well to be able to see promotions, etc“

“The Bingsu , this is place is so cosy and has a diversity of great desserts and drinks.One of my favourite icecream with strawberries cheesecake and was pretty delicious! Yummy ! Will definetely go again to try other desserts flavours. It is a bit pricey , but it tastes good !“
