“I was so happy to find out the Kitchener Market has a bubble tea place now. I got a mango banana smoothie with tapioca and cheese foam. The tapioca was soft and warm and my smoothie was real fruit. So affordable too. The drink I got would’ve been double the price in Toronto for sure. Next time I’ll have to try an actual tea drink as well.“

“One of the best Bubble Tea in KWC area. The reason to visit here every time when I get craving to drink something fresh and tasty I prefer to visit over as they sell the most fresh and natural products the quality is way good than their competition. Moreover, the wide options available in the menu never disappoints me with trying new drinks.“
“Best bubble tea and friendly staff 😋 they have a lot of locations in Toronto but personally lovin’ their annex location..“

“Really nice that this place is open until 1am. I was out and craving boba at 11pm, and also enjoyed that they had many non-caffeinated options for night time drinking.
It's cool that they have changing daily specials! Got a large Thai milk tea for only $4.50. It was good the next day too, and must be really strong because the caffeine hit HARD, haha. Did 50% sweet but I'd do 80% next time
I'm used to all the other boba chains being overly sweet, so I always get half sweet, but I feel like you don't need to do that at this location. I would recommend not adjusting sugar for the Avocado smoothie, because 80% is not really sweet at all. He did tell me that, but for some reason, I didn't believe him, lol. I would just get it normally next time. Texture was yummy though!
As for the Mango smoothie (they have milk and non-milk option, which is good because my mom is lactose intolerant), 50% sugar was perfect. Not sure if it's made with real mangoes or mango puree, but it was thick and delicious.
Tapioca is pretty good here too! Nice and chewy, not too soft. Overall would recommend this place, but the only thing is that it took 20 min to make 3 drinks.“

“Have been a long time fan, from the delicious drinks and treats to the adorable decor and merchandise. Today was my first time back post Covid. Staff was friendly and cheerful but the wait time was actually really bad. Had I known it would take 25 minutes to receive one bubble tea, I would have gotten my drink before my lunch. Unfortunately couples coming in after me were receiving their drinks before I did. Love the new straws and can overlook that they do break easily, because they’re much better than paper!“

“Tapioca: ★★★★★Drink: ★★★★★Overall: ★★★★★Expensive, especially if you need to change the milk option, but they say they use all natural ingredients and local, organic milk, so I'm sure that's factored into the price. I love that their tapioca are smaller! The tea was also lovely. The lady who took our order was super friendly and fluent in both English and Mandarin. She made us feel very welcome.“

“My favourite bubble tea spot, we used to always drive in from Stratford specifically for their drinks. Tapioca is always spot on, one of the best out of all the bubble tea shops I’ve had drinks from. Can’t beat their drink prices as well. The milk tea trio, crannyberry green tea & grapefruit are my favourite.“

“The atmosphere and the food/drinks are really good, theres comfy seats, little table with a couch and board games to play with friends.
The only thing is that there is no public wifi so we can’t come here and study/do work on laptops unfortunately :(
It would be a great place for study imo“

“Love the place, the service is perfect, the atmosphere is just amazing and the food is just the best. Never have I ever come back to a place for boba within a few mins. I recommend this place for all those who crave Hong Kong vibes and Boba.“
