“Always super sweet staff, very efficient and kind. Even had an almost altercation with one of the other customers starting something and the cashier managed to settle it right down without me needing to hardly say or do a thing, and was very kind along with other staff afterwards as well(thanks btw to whatever lady spoke up when a woman was gonna rock my shit for my phone payment being slow lol), very much appreciated. Food and drinks are always great too, and they're honestly the ONLY tims between here and Woodstock since I've worked in timmies myself that has managed to make my steeped tea correctly, so definitely my fav in the city so far!“

“Even with the Circle K and Timmies together you just have a small amount of waiting for service but coffee was fresh (dark roast) and muffins(chocolate hazelnut) were fresh as well .Most customers are hurriedly getting gas and smokes but all are quite pleasant. In fact I go by here checking for metal or tools on Highbury and one guy asked what I was doing checking bushes and hidden spots . After I told him he said what would you like from the store I suggested cigarettes and he did get them for me. Thankyou and nice King Corso protecting your truck!

Parking: Beside the gas pumps there is approx 4 spots and a couple more at the far side of the lot but remember Timmies has a drive through and seems quite busy consistently with other vehicles get gas or a quick store purchase.

Wheelchair accessibility: The main doors are wheelchair accessible how ever if it is busy there isn't much maneuvering to be had with two businesses running in one store.“

“This is my go-to coffee shop. The majority of the staff knows my order when I walk in the door. I'm always greeted with a smile.
The decor is a bit outdated, but that just adds to the charm. The staff do their best to clear tables, but sometimes, when they are slammed with customers, it can get a bit messy. I still love this Timmies though!“

“I stop at various locations in and around London, but the Lambeth lcoation on Colonel Talbot is the one I make for a coffee (occassionaly food too) every weekday morning on my way out to the 402 on my weekday commute. The drive thru can get busy and there is often a line up of cars, but I find when Gerald is at the window things always run smoothly. I'm sure the whole team deserves the credit, but he's the face at the window and he's got the right personality to deliver the coffee as well.“

“I come to this location a lot with my friends and family, and had never once been disappointed! The hot chocolate is absolutely delectable and I love the honey cruller doughnut! It's not usually busy and The service is very good. I love the little seating area and it's kept clean most of the time.“

“Most of my experiences here have been good but recently my orders have been getting messed up. Last week I ordered an iced capp and a caramelized onion and parmesan savory pinwheel instead I got an iced capp and roasted red pepper and Swiss savory pinwheel, and today I ordered 1 medium iced capp, 1 bacon farmer's wrap, and 1 caramelized onion and parmesan savory pinwheel. The employee who input my order entered 1 medium iced capp, 1 caramelized onion and parmesan savory pinwheel, and 2 bacon farmer's wraps. I brought it to the attention and got a refund for the extra bacon farmer's wrap they added to my order but this wouldn't have happened if the order was entered correctly“

“I went there almost 5:30 in the morning. There was a guy on the drive thru named Ishwor. He did listen to me very carefully and followed instructions. The service was very fast and the drinks were really well made. Overall a good start of the day.“

“For a Tim Hortons, this place always does a perfect job. The ladies working there are just excellent, I’m particularly fond of Jackie who remembers my order and always adds a sleeve to my drink when she sees my name. They somehow manage to have the touch of a small town coffee shop will being one of the busiest places in town. I come 5 days a week and I’d give 5 stars everyday. Also absolutely love their mascot, Goldie!“

“I just had a lovely conversation over the phone with the manager Michelle over a policy for Tim Hortons and she was extremely helpful.

I had a problem with another store in regards to a policy about issues with drinks being made incorrectly (Dundas and Richmond location) where the lady there was trying to refuse remaking a drink that had tea grinds inside in which I simply asked for a new tea so I didn't have to drink tea grinds..while she tried to argue that it wasn't policy and they were asked not to do so by the manager of that specific location and only decided to fix it when I decided to walk away.

Apon calling Michelle's store, she had informed me that it is indeed Tim Hortons policy to fix those mistakes as they are a family company who wants to make sure the people are happy and they get what they asked for. She informed me that she will be getting ahold of the head of operations to try and have that issue fixed for the future and I am greatful for her professionalism and her kind attitude and attention to the issue.

At the end of the day, my drink is fixed and hopefully the other location will be informed of this continual store policy so that we all may have issues corrected in the long run.

I should add that I have purchased from this Hamilton last location before and the store is always clean, staff are always nice and welcoming and the food is always great.“

It’s SUPER clean, the items are always in stock and fresh, and the service is always great. Very polite and helpful in there. Tim Hortons has really gone down hill the last 5-10 years but I’m happy to see one that still cleans the pastry glass, makes sure there are constant baked goods, and has good customer service. “Today before my 9am class I went to get a coffee. I ordered a medium caramel iced coffee, got my coffee, and made my way to class. It wasn't until I took a sip in class that the coffee was extremely strong and bitter. I went back and asked if I could just get a little bit more cream into the cup. The lady told me not to worry and said she will remake it fully with extra cream and caramel. I told her she didn't need to do that, but she insisted and made me a new coffee. I want to thank this employee for being extremely kind and having excellent customer service. I didn't get her name unfortunately, but she was amazing and the coffee was good!!!“

“I go to this Tim Hortons every day I'm at the office. I've been to many different Tim Hortons over the years and, previous to going here, adamantly refused to come back. However, this Tim Hortons is great! Their coffee actually tastes good and the staff is super friendly and all work so so hard. It's honestly the only one I'll ever go to. “Went there today in the afternoon and found out they got rid of the tables and chairs. Which they should done it a long time ago, due to many homeless sleeping and just hanging out. Making the customer experience poor. I’m glad that the staff all spoke up about their safety being at risk. Which that area being full of homeless and addiction problems, causing issues to the staff and other customers. Your staff deserve a safe work environment and not have to worry about homeless people sleeping and hanging out inside when there’s other customers need to be served. This is a stepping stone to provide homeless from soliciting too long.“

“It might be this one or the cafeteria one but there was a lady it was a tough day and this Tim Hortons staff was so sweet and then after I watched her and she was just that kind and sweet with everyone I even talked with her and figured out her name was Christine it made the day so much brighter we all need a “

“I visited this one a couple times, usually Sunday when my kid is at baseball practice at Northridge. Always get the order right, so far, and everyone is pleasant (except that one lady on drive thru last week - she was not a happy lady that day but luckily I walked in!).

The only issue I have - and it’s not just this one - (aside from the fact that it seems every location has elected to forgo keeping Canadian Maple or even any maple products) is that people keep giving me a Boston Cream or double chocolate donut in a bag with the fondant against the bag!! Then I end up with a plain, dry donut. Annoying. In the summer, do yourself a favour and ask for a glazed donut. At least the glaze stays on, even in a bag!

Vegetarian options: I mean - for breakfast, just don’t get meat. And all baked goods are not meat. I hope.

Parking: I didn’t drive there but there are spots to park.“

“Shout out to service person name Mekhi - friendly, fast, and professional a definite asset to Tim Hortons. Furniture, lighting, general layout, one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve been in. I also think Tim Hortons is now experientially and stylistically outpacing Starbucks.“

“I recently visited this Indian restaurant and had a great time, especially with the Gujarati dish—it was absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavors! The only downside was that the roti took a while to come out, and I noticed the staff was struggling to keep up with the orders. However, Rahul was really doing his best to manage everything and was very attentive. Overall, it was a nice experience, but you need to be patient as the food may take some time. Worth the wait if you're not in a rush!

“This Tim Hortons location is one I visit very often.

​They've had their shortcomings in service, mostly just problems with their speed, but their shortcomings are few; most of the time, they are efficient.

​Their food is typical of a Tim Hortons; their bagels are good, and so are their donuts.

​They also have a good selection of seating areas.

​Overall, they are relatively okay with service; their seating is great, their food/drinks are good, and I've never had a problem with them.“

“Its been long over due and I felt the need to share, especially in a world full of negative, I think it is important to share the positive.

I call this Tim Horton's 'my Tim Horton's'. The reason being is it is where I stop to get my morning coffee pretty much EVERY SINGLE DAY before work. The ladies in the drive through are AMAZING. They always say hi, ask me how I am doing and wish me a wonderful day. Sometimes it is just the small things, but I can't help but smile when I leave the drive thru window after my interactions with them - they are small but they are mighty!

I think it is an important reminder to us all that if we put positive in to the universe, you will get positive back. And there is nothing like having my daily positive interaction with those lady's before starting my work day.

“As a customer that comes faithfully to 1019 Egerton Street. There is one server that stands out is Rajneet. She serves the public with a smile, kind words and manners. She does things that others don't do. She cleans the table and chairs, sweeps and mops the floors. She also cleans the bathrooms and clean up the garbages out side. I have even seen her wash the walls behind the counter. She treats people the way she wants to be treated. Rajneet has a sunny disposition and I am glad she is working at 1019 Egerton Street Tim Hortons coffee shop. She brings in customers by being herself and that is what the customers want when they visit.“

Today, they gave the ordinary brown tissue paper and not the regular Tim Hortons paper napkin. This is substandard quality as opposed to the regular one. They always have a scarcity of paper tissue napkin. Also, they don't place paper napkins for customers to take. They keep one with the order. I see this process as inferior customer care when compared to other Tim Hortons outlets, which keep the standard paper tissue napkins for customers to take. Its going on for a long time. I was thinking they will improve on this at some point, but unfortunately no. A customer will definitely be unhappy if you don't provide enough paper napkins when they order. Even the coffee is too strong for double double when compared to other Tim Hortons outlets. I was thinking 1 star but gave 2 stars because the maple bacon croissant sandwich was good though.“

“I used to go to this one with my mom and dad all the time. We used a cane, so we would need help, and I always gave the server a tip. They said they didn't need one. I told her yes, you do. They were so polite and when in town that's the Timmies I go to. Dine in or take out or drive thru.“
