I visited this Tim Hortons location over this weekend and had an amazing experience! The donuts were absolutely delicious, especially the Boston Cream donut—it was perfectly made, with a creamy filling and a rich chocolate topping. You could tell it was baked with care.

A big thank you to the baker for such high-quality treats. It’s not every day that you find doughnuts this fresh and flavorful. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

“Decided to come here early this morning while walking my doggy and ran into a worker named Shelly!!! What a sweetheart!!! Just a random run in but she made me like this store again- because i started to hate it!! She was so welcoming and such a sweetheart!! She even helped with my dogs special needs. We need more people like her on the front line!!! When you remember someones name, it’s because they somehow impacted your life!! Thanks so much again Shelley!!!“

“This is truly one of the best Tim’s in the city. Everybody seems to be happy and the staff is all kind and courteous. They’ve gotten my order right every time and it’s always delicious!

“I met a very smart and sincere server today.... Amal, the tall handsome guy was very sweet and polite who served the food with a very pleasant smile.

“Even with the Circle K and Timmies together you just have a small amount of waiting for service but coffee was fresh (dark roast) and muffins(chocolate hazelnut) were fresh as well .Most customers are hurriedly getting gas and smokes but all are quite pleasant. In fact I go by here checking for metal or tools on Highbury and one guy asked what I was doing checking bushes and hidden spots . After I told him he said what would you like from the store I suggested cigarettes and he did get them for me. Thankyou and nice King Corso protecting your truck!

Parking: Beside the gas pumps there is approx 4 spots and a couple more at the far side of the lot but remember Timmies has a drive through and seems quite busy consistently with other vehicles get gas or a quick store purchase.

Wheelchair accessibility: The main doors are wheelchair accessible how ever if it is busy there isn't much maneuvering to be had with two businesses running in one store.“

“My favourite Tim horton’s outlet. Very friendly staff. The only Tim I visited where emoloyees care about customers. And a worker named Adnan was really customer friendly. I took my time to take the order and he was patient and cleared all my doubts about the items I wanted to order. And even staff named Calen was friendly too. Really good service.

Vegetarian options: If u have egg, try egg n cheese farmers wrap. It is goooooooooooood“

“Sharing my incredible experience at this location I frequent. Over the past few months, I've been a loyal customer, and I can confidently say that my experiences have been nothing short of phenomenal! I understand that the drive-thru can get quite busy at times, but the professionalism and customer service I’ve received have truly blown me away. I have been consistently impressed by the staff, particularly a wonderful lady named Tracy. Her dedication to providing top-notch service is evident with every interaction, and I am always greeted with a warm smile, no matter how hectic it gets. I genuinely believe that Tracy deserves recognition for her amazing work. It’s hard to understand why she hasn't been considered an ambassador of service throughout the region yet! Her commitment to customer satisfaction sets a high standard, and I think she would be a fantastic representative for Tim Horton.

“I have been visiting this store nearly every single day for 7 years, to pick up my mobile order. This is a VERY busy location, yet they have never disappointed. Over this time I have seen them running back and forth tending to every customers needs, with urgency, professionalism and kindness. “Most of my experiences here have been good but recently my orders have been getting messed up. Last week I ordered an iced capp and a caramelized onion and parmesan savory pinwheel instead I got an iced capp and roasted red pepper and Swiss savory pinwheel, and today I ordered 1 medium iced capp, 1 bacon farmer's wrap, and 1 caramelized onion and parmesan savory pinwheel. The employee who input my order entered 1 medium iced capp, 1 caramelized onion and parmesan savory pinwheel, and 2 bacon farmer's wraps. I brought it to the attention and got a refund for the extra bacon farmer's wrap they added to my order but this wouldn't have happened if the order was entered correctly“

“I am almost a daily customer at this location. I have yet to have an order that is inaccurate. The customer service at the drive-through window is always incredibly friendly and fast. Other Tim Hortons locations could definitely learn customer service and order accuracy from this location! Highly recommend if you don’t want to get screwed at the drive thru! “We went thru the drive thru i just wanted to say the gentleman (Alpren) taking our order was very nice accurate and made sure our iced coffee wanted the cane sugar with the chocolate syrup, alot of tims don't ask just assume and then most of the time don't put the cane syrup in. “So once again you guessed it 99.9% of the time I go to Tim Hortons after 5:00 p.m. after 6:00 p.m. after 7:00 and so on there's never ever food from Wellington and Baseline all the way to 401 at Wellington there's four Tim Hortons and every single one of them never have food I am severely disappointed“

“The staff get to know there customer and remember there orders just all around great staff and a very friendly atmosphere I don't think I've ever had a issue with any order they did forget a hash brown but quickly fixed my order with an apology witch was nice Linda and her staff are super nice I wish it was open Sunday that would be my only complaint“

“No consistency in the orders(Taste) sometimes the coffee is too sweet, other times it smells bad or tastes bitter. Donuts are good.
But i like to sit and spend time here .

“Always get fast and friendly service. The English muffins are never toasted enough and taste raw, I suggest the bagel upgrade or the tea biscuits. Drive thru will have long lines but it moves pretty quickly. The bathrooms have not been good when I've attempted to use them.“

“I went there almost 5:30 in the morning. There was a guy on the drive thru named Ishwor. He did listen to me very carefully and followed instructions. The service was very fast and the drinks were really well made. Overall a good start of the day.“

Dietary restrictions: Tim Hortons caters to the average person and not to folks with dietary restrictions. They are also not very helpful in the restaurants to those of us who have restrictions. This is common in any Tim Hortons, all they do tell people to look on the website for ingredient listings.

Kid-friendliness: This location tends to cater more to the older generations although kids are definitely allowed.

Wheelchair accessibility: It does have the accessible doors with the buttons but this location is pretty tight for space.“

“I recently visited this Indian restaurant and had a great time, especially with the Gujarati dish—it was absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavors! The only downside was that the roti took a while to come out, and I noticed the staff was struggling to keep up with the orders. However, Rahul was really doing his best to manage everything and was very attentive. Overall, it was a nice experience, but you need to be patient as the food may take some time. Worth the wait if you're not in a rush!

“My family and i had to travel to 2 different tim hortons locations as no other location would make my family of four sandwhichs before getting our order right as there is a fatal allergy to tomato. Im done with the run around and can assure this store will have my service moving forward“

“I come here early afternoon everyday for a large cappuccino. Most of the staff is very friendly, beyond who’s serving me at the drive through many staff members will come up to the window to say hello upon noticing me, admittedly I’m very polite and friendly also. Beyond the friendliness this location is the only one I know of that still actually knows how to make a cappuccino or pretty darn close (1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, 1/3 foam), other locations hand you a cup of warm milk, like a wet latte. Sure sometimes it goes wrong but most times it’s right, I will find myself in the north end wanting a cappuccino and will drive all the way here to get it. They are consistent, don’t know what happened with other locations, a couple years ago the cappuccinos were pretty consistent across Tim Hortons.

“This is the perfect place for my meal doesn’t matter breakfast, lunch or brunch. I enjoy my meals with a fresh coffee everyday and take full advantage of customer service provided by the employers. The manager of this store is very cooperative and deals with every situation very confidently because I observe her by siting in the hall. “Went there today in the afternoon and found out they got rid of the tables and chairs. Which they should done it a long time ago, due to many homeless sleeping and just hanging out. Making the customer experience poor. I’m glad that the staff all spoke up about their safety being at risk. Which that area being full of homeless and addiction problems, causing issues to the staff and other customers. Your staff deserve a safe work environment and not have to worry about homeless people sleeping and hanging out inside when there’s other customers need to be served. This is a stepping stone to provide homeless from soliciting too long.“

“I go to this Tim Hortons every day I'm at the office. I've been to many different Tim Hortons over the years and, previous to going here, adamantly refused to come back. “I visited this one a couple times, usually Sunday when my kid is at baseball practice at Northridge. Always get the order right, so far, and everyone is pleasant (except that one lady on drive thru last week - she was not a happy lady that day but luckily I walked in!).

The only issue I have - and it’s not just this one - (aside from the fact that it seems every location has elected to forgo keeping Canadian Maple or even any maple products) is that people keep giving me a Boston Cream or double chocolate donut in a bag with the fondant against the bag!! Then I end up with a plain, dry donut. Annoying. In the summer, do yourself a favour and ask for a glazed donut. At least the glaze stays on, even in a bag!

Vegetarian options: I mean - for breakfast, just don’t get meat. And all baked goods are not meat. I hope.

“During a recent visit to the hospital we visited Timmy’s on numerous occasions and although the food was a tad slower it was quite nice and fresh which is worth the wait. “Its been long over due and I felt the need to share, especially in a world full of negative, I think it is important to share the positive.

I call this Tim Horton's 'my Tim Horton's'. The reason being is it is where I stop to get my morning coffee pretty much EVERY SINGLE DAY before work. The ladies in the drive through are AMAZING. They always say hi, ask me how I am doing and wish me a wonderful day. Sometimes it is just the small things, but I can't help but smile when I leave the drive thru window after my interactions with them - they are small but they are mighty!

I think it is an important reminder to us all that if we put positive in to the universe, you will get positive back. And there is nothing like having my daily positive interaction with those lady's before starting my work day.
