“I stopped by Subway today and ordered a footlong Italian B.M.T. on Italian Herbs & Cheese bread with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles, and chipotle southwest sauce. Everything was fresh, the bread was soft, and the sandwich was made perfectly. Ashvin provided excellent customer service, was friendly throughout my visit, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the food tasted great. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!“

“This is a repeat restaurant for us. The young staff are often exceptional - but delivery services can and do routinely destroy the product (DD) not (SD). Fries range from exceptional to freezing, never sure why, as the staff tend to be fairly diligent. Occasional assembly problems on burger orders but most times burgers arrive warm in tinfoil (a little improvement here wouldn't break the bank). Avoid the Hotdogs - this product needs to be reconsidered. We frequently order milkshakes (Thanks for replacing the plastic straws - this is an absolute Must for our orders) which are often again destroyed by delivery services. Everything is priced higher than we would prefer, dinner for two often >80$ - > Approaching Keg Pricing for a filet dinner. Improving condiments - e.g. quality of Tomatoes and Mushrooms is easily done - but inconsistency has led to canned mushrooms and tomatoes that do not meet Ontario grown standards. A good start, but more direct management/owner involvement -in the Store is required for patrons, showing that everything is being done by management - not just the teenagers to produce the best products possible *** Hands on and visibly present*** this is needed to justify ongoing very high pricing.“

I ordered mix shawarma plate on weekend deal and it was $19.99 with drink as well (plus $1 if you order mix). “We generally have a positive experience at a different location of barBurrito. The food is always fresh. There is a good variety of meats from which to choose.
The restaurant chain changed the bowl used for the burrito bowl meal a while back. Although the meal is a fair bit smaller than the original size. It's still sufficient.
I ordered the beef bowl and enjoyed it as usual. The Mister ordered the spicy chicken burrito. I think that's his favorite.
The bar height benches are pretty uncomfortable at this location because there is nothing to rest your feet on. The bar stools across from the benches are fine.
The atmosphere is basic cafeteria.“

“Love the chicken but a few employees at the Hunt club rd Ottawa On location need to learn how to count ... been there 3 times since reopening (after the pandemic and even before it) They seem to short change me on my 5 piece tender combos the last 2 times visiting that store... i got 3 small pieces and hardly any fries and always missing the blackened ranch dip sauces thats in my meal and my husband's meal, he ordered the same 5 piece combo tenders with fries with the blackened ranch dips and he received 2 large pieces of tenders and half a box of fries and missing his biscuits. well the hunt club rd was to far to go back to complain (we bought our meal on the drive home from shopping yesterday and waited to eat at home). Plus with the strict serving restricitions in place for restaurants to be able to serve public... 4 customers to be in store at a time well there was more than 4 and it seems to be more of a social club /party (8 young people ... teens maybe early 20's there and no masks on even though it states no masks no entry on a notes thru out the location). Anyhow the HUNT CLUB RD LOCATION ...I would not recommend due to the lack of service and health and safety violations i saw yesterday!“
