“1 was there on vacation with daughter and grandkids, and visited the restaurant because the food looked delicious, and it was but my grand daughter got sick that evening continuous vomiting and stomach and had to rushed to Urgent care after spending $300 on the meal which wasn't a problem, the wrong order was brought out first I was very disappointed, Don't know if I would visit again( I really don't think the shrimp were cooked correctly.“

“We took our grandsons for a night out for dinner and to watch the races. The food was meh. We ordered hamburgers and fries a poutine and the chickpea and basmati rice. The fries are not fries they are large wedges so you got between 6 and 8 pieces. Sp the poutine was disappointing. The burgers were good, the chickpea dinner was bland had very little spices. Our server Tara was amazing 👏 best service we have had at a restaurant in a long time. Our table was in a great spot . Would I visit again 🤔 yes .“

Sophie, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure my meal was enjoyable, demonstrating excellent customer service. “We went Thursday night for half price wings. Wings were very good. Service very good as well. We started at a booth by the window and being very cold outside the draft came through the wall. We asked to move to another booth on the inside of the restaurant. Temperature was better but we still felt the restaurant temperature was cool. Otherwise very good“

“The long-time waitress in the bar area of Jack Astors, has always been friendly with our entire group for several years. She is one of the main reasons we keep coming back, month after month, year after year, as she continuously takes great care of our luncheon meetings there.

“I was at Kelsey’s Georgetown on Mar 28/25 at lunch time. A kid’s hockey tournament was in town and Kelsey’s was “packed with parents and kids”. I sat at the bar. I always make it a point to learn the names of staff. Krista was the bartender, as was Lilly. Both were exceptional in their professionalism, and in particular their patience, in dealing with a “barrage of orders”. I saw Louise, Samantha, Ryan and other servers constantly on the go to appease customers. Even Steve, the owner, was a significant factor in navigating a well run restaurant in light of all the nuances associated with accommodating a kid’s hockey tournament. In the past I have not taken the time to write a review. But, I was so impressed from what I had witnessed and experienced – I felt it appropriate to share my thoughts. Glen D.“

What an amazing group of staff - from marketing to sales, front desk and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly, willing to help and handled any small issue with a smile. My husband and I would highly recommend the hotel for any big or small gathering. We are even looking at going back to spend a few nights and enjoy the area.“

She was very polite to us and treat everyone with positive gesture.Her name was Nikki. We ordered veg thali,chole bhature,and amritsari kulcha. Everything was very delicious!!!“

“I visited with my family on a Saturday, and even though it was very busy, the staff were incredibly friendly and handled the rush effortlessly. Our server, Emily, who was also the bartender, stood out with her politeness and attentiveness. I ordered a steak, and she suggested adding the peppercorn sauce—it was an excellent recommendation that really elevated the dish.

Before leaving, I had the chance to speak with Jillian, one of the managers, to share our compliments about the great service. She was genuinely warm and welcoming, even inviting us to return.
