“1 was there on vacation with daughter and grandkids, and visited the restaurant because the food looked delicious, and it was but my grand daughter got sick that evening continuous vomiting and stomach and had to rushed to Urgent care after spending $300 on the meal which wasn't a problem, the wrong order was brought out first I was very disappointed, Don't know if I would visit again( I really don't think the shrimp were cooked correctly.“

“Enjoyed an evening at the races for the first time in years. The dining room seating was as expected, close to the finish line and with an excellent view of the action. Our server was new - by her own admission - but enthusiastic and pleasant. The food was a serious disappointment. We ordered the dip platter for a party of 4, which came as 4 generous smears of dip on a platter with 4 smallish pieces of toasted focaccia for dipping - needless to say more bread was needed, and it took a good while to arrive. The dips themselves were quite tasty, excepting the guacamole-esque dip which was a pass for our party. Our mains varied - the beyond meat burger and harvest burger were passable, the mesquite chicken was quite nice and generously portioned. The Organic fish and chips looked and tasted like it had come straight out of the Captain Highliner box and was accompanied by some very dry coleslaw, making the chip part of the meal the actual highlight. Our meals also varied greatly in temperature, indicating that most everything but the chicken had spent a good deal of time under the warming light. Cocktails were generally very tasty and a decent value for your money, but the beer selection was very poor and ridiculously priced. We didn't attempt dessert. Would return for the races, but likely not for this particular dining option.“

I'm so happy my friend recommended this restaurant, it was a 1st time for both of us and we both really enjoyed the food! I would definitely come back again. My friend had a standard bacon and eggs with home fries what you can go wrong with. I have three Jack's sister Benedict and it was absolutely delicious.“

“The steak fajita was one of the best I ever had. The steak was tender and perfectly cooked. The portion was easily big enough for 2 people. I was only visiting for a week and I went there twice. I was having trouble in the parking lot trying to get my google maps working. He came out to help me. He even opened up the restaurant for me to use the wifi. Definitely above and beyond the call.“

“I was at Kelsey’s Georgetown on Mar 28/25 at lunch time. A kid’s hockey tournament was in town and Kelsey’s was “packed with parents and kids”. I sat at the bar. I always make it a point to learn the names of staff. Krista was the bartender, as was Lilly. Both were exceptional in their professionalism, and in particular their patience, in dealing with a “barrage of orders”. I saw Louise, Samantha, Ryan and other servers constantly on the go to appease customers. Even Steve, the owner, was a significant factor in navigating a well run restaurant in light of all the nuances associated with accommodating a kid’s hockey tournament. In the past I have not taken the time to write a review. But, I was so impressed from what I had witnessed and experienced – I felt it appropriate to share my thoughts. Glen D.“

“Was at the hotel that is attached for a few days. Was in the restaurant every day and the service was great. Pauline is an absolute gem!!!! Any restaurant would be lucky to have her. She was warm and welcoming and was always checking on everyone, even when it was really busy. Definitely would recommend coming to the restaurant. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars for the food was because I only had a few items from the menu.“

What stood out to me was the overall vibe. Despite a few people enjoying drinks at the bar, the noise level was very manageable and didn’t disrupt the calm ambience I prefer when dining. I appreciated being able to enjoy my meal on the quieter side of the restaurant. The crowd seems to be mostly travelers staying at the hotel which added to the relax and professional feel of the place.“

“Fantastic experience at Kelseys on Thursday night which happens to be wing night! We enjoyed top notch nachos and two kinds of wings. Both were sooooo good! FYI the guacamole was excellent- meaning REAL , HOMEMADE and limey, not the creamy kind you get at most places. Tina, the manager, chatted with us and we told her we love going there for the 'see above' plus the Humble and Fred (funny and informative) podcasters appearances since Kelseys is one of their sponsors.
