“The best burgers we ever had! Drove over an hour just to taste them. The milkshakes were also to die for. We got the mango & oreo milkshakes, poutine & both burgers were the “Gladiator” with additional add-on options. So filling and so good! We will be back!

The quality of the food is amazing and the staff are great.

I would rather pay a little extra to get such a quality burger and fries…

Parking is very limited as this area attracts alot of plane spotters. If you park your car and attempt to do plane spotting without utilizing the business, there is a risk of getting ticked or towed.“

While Hero is famous for their all natural Angus beef burgers, their chicken menu items are also quite good and worth trying! And for me the best part is that everything is halal. Second, their halwa puuri is the best in GTA. I don't even bother with bland pakistani food outside, if you want taste and consistency - kolachi inn is the best pakistani restaurant in GTA.“

Today I'm revisiting my review because I think it's good to keep cooperation type food chains honest. I travel throughout Ontario and other Provinces and I find the policies varies. Some stores try to squeeze more unearned money from unsuspecting customers. For me most customers know that bacon 🥓 cost more than an extra egg and tomatoes 🍅 any day. However the staff would insist that the case, is the system.....It's not the 20 cent it's the principle. Customer should be able to order a meal and feel like they're being squeezed for unearned funds. I chose to go elsewhere.“

“Had an awesome experience at this Hero Burger next to Erin Mills Town Centre on Dec/23/25. The sweet lady who was working the burger joint did everything on her own (cash, food prep and waitress!). She had the best attitude and was so great to the kids (we came in with our 2 daughters and my daughter’s 3 friends…all 13 year olds… for a quick birthday lunch). The food was great. We had burgers, fries, hot dog and chicken strips. She had everything perfectly cooked and the perfect temperature, considering it was a large group. Everything came in good time. She was always smiling and the service was beyond! It was like coming home to mom’s for lunch! Thank you for an awesome time! :)“
