“Edit:I recently got delivered the steak and eggs and initially had a minor issue with my steak, which wasn’t cooked to my preference. However, the staff was quick to resolve the situation. Sophie, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure my meal was enjoyable, demonstrating excellent customer service. “Where do I begin! Food was served HOT! Server was very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions for us to try and they were ALL a hit!
Top choices at the table, meat lovers pizza, beef stroganoff pasta, fall off the bone lamb shanks, chicken schnitzel and the white chocolate skor cheesecake -AMAZING as was the three berry creme brulee. Will absolutely be back again!!“

“There was no vegetarian dish on the menu and last minute they made one. The food is fresh, there is a blackboard which had the food of the day. This restaurant is outstanding.
Parking: There is 15 hour parking on the street“

“I normally find these "higher end" corporate restaurant establishments uneasy and non-authentic - almost as if customer service seems patronizing. Tonight my birthday party met the manager Grace,.. I spent over a decade in the service industry and have encountered it all - This is the kind of staff member you want to build around. Ill be back, most definitely.“

“We had a great time celebrating my mother's 85th bday at Montana with a wonderful and beautiful Barbra-Joi!!!! She is so great in what she does and we received service barnone from her. Thank you Montana and Barbra-Joi! We'll be back because of the excellent service we received from you!!!!“
“We had my mom’s BD here for 15 people and enjoyed the Irish Buffet after a concert. The food was really excellent, hot and delicious, not what you’d normally expect from a buffet especially inside a municipal venue. The staff were lovely, very attentive, had a long table already set up for us, and made my mom a special dessert. Couldn’t have asked for a better party venue. We thought it was great value too for appetizers, soup, salads, entrées, desserts and coffee.“

“The long-time waitress in the bar area of Jack Astors, has always been friendly with our entire group for several years. She is one of the main reasons we keep coming back, month after month, year after year, as she continuously takes great care of our luncheon meetings there.

“Excellent host by the name of Robin, we had a reservation, and we were unfortunately 15 minutes late...but Robin said, usually we only hold for 5-6 minutes, but he went with his gut feeling that we will show up...and there was a big line up, so I'm very happy Robin held the table for us...our server, I forgot her name, she was very kind, friendly, and the presentation and taste of our food was very delicious..Excellent service from you both....well done!👍😊🍻“
