“They have the best variety of ice cream. They don’t call it Biggies for no reason. The ice cream cones are huge. My favourite place to go.“

“Best place to go for a delicious bite to eat after a nice long walk in the nature. They have the best hot dogs, poutine, burgers and ice cream, especially their famous lavender lemon ice cream. The staff are very friendly as well and it has a nice vibe like you're taking a step back in the past. Awesome place to spend with your family and friends ❤️“

“Great location, lots of space to sit and enjoy the icecream“

“I recently ordered a custom cake & it was perfect! Picked it up a day early and it wouldn’t fit in my freezer at home! Called the store, brought it back (it had started to melt) and Bhoomi was so kind and helpful and reassured me she could fix it for pickup the next day. She even texted me later to show me. What a lifesaver!! Thank you so much for going beyond - We’ll be customers for life!“

“Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

“Super cute place! My family really enjoyed the icecream. The staff was super sweet and got my mom a birthday candle for her icecream! (Too bad we couldn’t find a lighter haha). They have dairy-free popsicles, but would be cool if they had some other dairy free options in the future :)“

“Crazy Cravings was contacted last minute to attend our event. The weather outside was quite warm that week so we decided to contact Crazy Cravings for some ice cream. They came and pulled their truck up with music going on. Employees were quite satisfied with the service as well as the varieties of ice cream flavors and toppings. Thanks Crazy Cravings“

“Was in there for lunch today, I recommend the Shawarma poutine. Decent price and good size portions, plus very clean and great staff“

“Absolutely amazing baked goods! I’ve been df/gf for close to 13 years and never have I ever found products that not only have a great variety of options but for them to taste so incredibly delicious! This will definitely be an absolute must stop and fill up when we are in town. So incredibly yummy and not overly sweet like some places.“

“I can’t say enough great things about Marble Slab Ancaster! Every visit is an amazing experience, not just because of the delicious ice cream, but because of the incredible customer service. The staff are always so kind, patient, and welcoming, and they consistently go above and beyond to make every customer feel special.

What stands out the most is how wonderful they are with children. They always take the time to interact with the kids, chat with them, and make them feel included in the experience. No matter how busy the store is, the staff are patient and attentive, helping little ones choose their flavours and mix-ins with a smile. Their genuine kindness and enthusiasm make every visit exciting for the kids and stress-free for parents.

The team creates such a warm and positive atmosphere that it feels like more than just a place to grab ice cream. They truly make our day every time we visit. The store is always clean, the ice cream is fresh and delicious, and the customer service is second to none. Usually with little kids it becomes difficult to go out but we’ve always felt welcome here :)

Thank you for consistently providing such outstanding service and for making our family feel so welcome. We always leave with smiles on our faces and look forward to coming back.

“I went there a while ago with my friends and the staff member was very kind. She allowed us to test some samples, was patient, and explained the different flavours and toppings to us. They have lots of cool and unique flavours that I had never heard about before but they were amazing. Would definitely recommend!“

“I have been a customer at this Dairy Queen location since it opened. Upon entry I always find the dining area well capped and clean. The staff are always a pleasure to speak with and very helpful. The cakes speak for themselves. The DQ cakes are the absolute best. Quality is obviously their top priority.
I totally recommend this location if you are looking for an ice cream cake.“

“the puffs were great! they were fresh and warm when i got them. if you have a sweet tooth this is for you! i wouldn’t recommend getting this if you prefer foods not too sweet!

“I’m a regular here at Baskin Robbins and just wanted to share my experience. Honestly, my visit didn’t start that great, but it completely turned around because of Nirav.
He was really chill and took the time to get what kind of flavors I like (I’m a big fan of mango and Jamoca Almond Fudge 😄). He let me try a few new ones, explained what goes into them, and suggested some options based on my taste. That kind of effort really stood out.
Super nice guy, clean tables, quick & accurate service in busy environment.“

“I had such a lovely experience today. The two ladies working were very kind (between 8-8:30 pm, Feb 13th), especially the one who served my Chocolate Peanut Butter, Pistachio Almond, and Rocky Road scoops. She patiently answered all my questions about the prices, which I truly appreciated. I also love how clean and organized this branch is that the refrigerator is neatly arranged and makes choosing ice cream cakes so easy. Traveling all the way from Cambridge was definitely worth it! 😊“

“My experience with Dairy Queen tonite was superb I really enjoyed there peanut buster parfait and my mom really enjoyed her pecan mudslide“

“It was a pleasant surprise when we tried the coconut flavour. I would say it was my favourite so far. Service is quick and as friendly as you can get from a teenager since staff is about that young. It looked like they had no AC working so I felt bad for the girls and it felt very stuffy and that time but I do recommend the spot when you crave an ice cream in one of the warm sunny days along with the lake view.“

“Went to try the new flavours...the Soper and the Brown both were served with smiles and courtesy. Well worth the drive from St. Catharines“

“I had the lactose-free ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious! I chose the chocolate flavor with raspberries, and the combination was amazing. It’s great to find such a tasty lactose-free option.

The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend Marble Slab Creamery to anyone looking for a delicious treat, whether you’re lactose intolerant or not. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Service was exceptional tonight, staff was courteous and efficient, our orders were spot on. 5 stars“

“Went for a quick treat with dad as other location on king/Ottawa was packed. Was in and out at this location.

Sucks they got rid of the bench out front,.but because of the neighborhood I can understand why.

I would encourage this location to not allow drug users to hang around their parking lot and taking up parking spaces. As I sat and had my ice cream, people came and left once they seen the drug users sitting there passed out.
Maybe get together with the store hire security to discourage this behavior.

Would be nice to have a small table out front instead having to sit in my hot car.. bring back the bench.“

“Amazing team! Always pleased with their work! Thank you DQ Hamilton Mountain(Fennell@ Upper Sherman) HAPPY EASTER!“
