“I have gone to this fine establishment many times now, with my chaps. I have tried many ice cream flavours, many of them being very delectable. The prices may seem a bit overpriced at first, but once you see the sizes of their scoops, you will think otherwise. The size of their medium cones resemble the size of what other stores would call a large. The service is very good, with the employees being very kind and accommodating.“

“Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

She went out of her way to message me every step of the process, even sending me a picture to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The nutella ice cream was delicious- so flavourful and fresh. They have a huge variety of toppings to choose from which were absolutely scrumptious. Musskan who served me was so generous with the amount of toppings in my ice cream and an absolute pleasure to be served by. Everything is made freshly in the store including the waffle cones and bowls. I had my ice cream in a waffle bowl which was super crispy and delightful. If you’re looking to enjoy delectable handcrafted ice cream with abundant crunchy toppings then you must visit this amazing location. “Went for a quick treat with dad as other location on king/Ottawa was packed. Was in and out at this location.

Sucks they got rid of the bench out front,.but because of the neighborhood I can understand why.

I would encourage this location to not allow drug users to hang around their parking lot and taking up parking spaces. As I sat and had my ice cream, people came and left once they seen the drug users sitting there passed out.
Maybe get together with the store hire security to discourage this behavior.

“I have been a customer at this Dairy Queen location since it opened. Upon entry I always find the dining area well capped and clean. The staff are always a pleasure to speak with and very helpful. The cakes speak for themselves. The DQ cakes are the absolute best. Quality is obviously their top priority.

“Always great puffs here. I loved all the flavours but personally didn’t care for the salted caramel cheesecake as the caramel was a bit runny. We always get the choco-bueno and I’m obsessed with the new Dubai cream. We also got the cinnamon puffs and another 10/10 flavour. Gotta come back and try the stuffed puffs soon“
