“Update I spoke to a supervisor over the phone who could have uploaded an e gift card due to an employee stealing my lululemon tumbler .

I went there within 48hrs after it being left there. When I arrived I was informed by two employees that they saw my lululemon tumbler in the back. When the manager on duty went to the back it was stolen.
As someone with over 15 years of customer service under my belt and management . I would have given a gift card and compensation due to this matter.
I called again regarding the matter on September 11th 2025 and was informed I would be called by the district leader today . No call and no compensation due to theft internally.

I want an e gift card loaded as soon as possible due to the poor customer service. I want this matter handled and concluded with a resolution immediately.
