“Awesome joint for a spot of Pho.
I enjoy the Rare Beef Pho, and often get the shrimp or pork rice rolls.
One advantage is this place is close to the office. So I can drop in and the food is always quick.
All the food is delicious!
Staff are always attentive, even in a Bass Pro Shop hat.

“I've eaten here before and it's always been great. Yesterday, we had the salmon and tuna sashimi the calamari and the seared beef salad. It was all fantastic, but the seared beef salad was absolutely incredible. Our service was also fantastic. Thank you so much!!“

“I think this place is Chinese Vietnam fusion. For pho, there are other better restaurants, but We go there for like vermicelli, and soft beef rice noodle (牛腩粉）and other dishes. I highly recommend try the soft beef rice noodle 🥺. It is sooo good.“

Lovely atmosphere filled with various species of plants and aquariums.
Don't limit it to just Pho, this place offers other amazing dishes.

“Saw this combo pic on the reviews and wanted to give it a taste. It was pretty good. A little odd together. The meat was tender and savoury. The crispy spring roll was very good. Luckily the fish clear sauce saved it as the noodles don’t have any flavour to it so you have to dip them in the sauce to get flavour. I would go back but I’d want to try a different dish.“

We had incredible pho soup and deep fried rolls. I felt love in the 8 hrs simmered broth and it proved me the poetic lines of a Haiku book I read before: The Art of Peace, yes that was it!!!!!!“

Ordered two medium well done x2 beef pho and stirfry lemongrass beef vermicelli. Asked to make the pho spicy. THE FLAVORS WERE INCREDIBLE! Everything came out hot and quick! “Alright, so this place kind of struck me as soon as I walked in by just being wonderfully quiet compared to the street outside. I came in on a really hot, busy weekday, and inside it was just serenely quiet and cool. The tables are awesome, even if it’s maybe a weird thing to fixate on, but they’re these big, solid wood tables with like 2 inch thick quartz granite tops. It was really nice to put your arms on the cool granite on a super hot day. It was just a really nice sensory contrast to the street outside.

I ordered the BBQ Beef rice dish, and it was absolutely delicious—the beef was tender, perfectly marinated, and had just the right hint of smoky sweetness. What made the visit extra special was the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The two sisters who run Viet Express are incredibly kind and attentive. Shrimp rolls were very good . Crispy well cooked and served hot. Salad rolls were bland as was the peanut sauce. The noodle soup was good. The broth was good , enough noodles but the meat was sorely lacking unfortunatly.

I ordered the spiciest curry on the menu with the added wish "extra spicy," and the kitchen did not disappoint. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, good pricing. During my two hours in the restaurant, a valuable piece of jewellery fell to the floor and I left without it. I contacted the restaurant about it and left my name and address. A week later the item arrived in my mailbox here on the other side on the country. I was profoundly touched by this act of kindness.
