“I live close by but have only been here 2 or 3 times since it opened. I was greeted on a Saturday but a lovely girl named hannah who was absolutelllyyy amazing! I am not familiar with everything that can be done at starbucks so i asked her if a iced white mocha was a thing... she replied "absolutely!!! And i can make it with a twist" long story short she made the bombest starbucks drink i have ever had! You can tell she loves her job and is great with people. “One of the best starbucks I’ve ever visited! I’ve wanted to try the new macadamia cream brew but I was told that it’s not vegan as it’s unfortunately pre-mixed with dairy and I also prefer hot coffees rather than cold. The one who took my order suggested how they can make it vegan with my choice of plant-based milk. Asa my order was placed, I was handed over the drink as the barista paid attention to our conversation ? how amazing is that! I am now considering moving closer to this Starbucks ? as my faith in people caring about serving their customers has been restored and I am not even exaggerating! Lol“

“I don’t live in Pickering, but I make it a point to visit the Pickering Town Centre a couple of times a year, and one of my favorite stops is always this Starbucks. This location truly stands out for several reasons.

First and foremost, the seating and space here are impressive compared to other Starbucks locations. There’s plenty of room to find a comfortable spot, whether you’re looking to relax with a book or get some productive work done. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind or focus on tasks.

The staff at this Starbucks are another highlight. They are consistently nice and hardworking, even during peak hours when the store gets busy. I’ve noticed that they maintain a positive attitude and work diligently to ensure that every customer is taken care of, which really enhances the overall experience.

One tip I would recommend is to use the mobile ordering feature. The line can get long, especially during busy times, but with mobile ordering, you can skip the wait and have your drink ready for you when you arrive. Speaking of drinks, I’ve never had an issue with my orders here—they always get my drink just right, and I have no complaints whatsoever!

Overall, my visits to this Starbucks have always been enjoyable, and I look forward to returning each time I’m in the area. If you’re in Pickering Town Centre, this Starbucks is definitely worth a visit!“

This location: A-E, one star removed for locking bathroom doors. As if baristas don't already have enough to do, they have to monitor and unlock washrooms now? If security is an issue, this is a major corporation, they can hire a security manager or guard. This is not the case, so far, at the new Ritson and Beatrice location in Oshawa, though it may be coming haha.“

“I love starbucks. I just bought three gift cards for exchange gifts for three différent Christmas parties. One was done this afternoon and you could just imagine how happy she was to get it and wouldn't let anyone steal it from her., hahaha!. Two more to go!“

“I haven’t tried much at Sugar Dust, but the mango Gelato is to die for—so delicious! The couple who runs it are the sweetest, and chatting with them always puts a smile on my face. They have such a warm, friendly vibe that makes you feel right at home. Definitely worth a visit!“
