“The owner/chef used to be the head chef at a fine Italian restaurant so all the dishes are good and some are exceptional - like most of the soups from the soup of the day and the breakfast dishes.“

“We ordered the Falafel Plate and the Chicken Shawarma wrap, and both were delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The falafel was crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the shawarma wrap was packed with tender chicken and tasty toppings.

What really stood out was the customer service. The staff was so warm, attentive, and welcoming—we think it may have been the owner himself, which made the experience feel even more personal. He made sure everything was to our liking and really went above and beyond.

Definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for great food and genuine hospitality!“

“I ordered the wedding soup take out. $7.99 but the paper cup they give you is minuscule. Should be at least double the size for the price they charge. What a rip off. Too bad because I like there food overall“

“I didn't know what to expect. Came for breakfast with my wife the next morning after veld. The service was great. Our waitress was extremely friendly. The eggs Benny hit perfectly. My wife got pancakes and bacon and everything was delicious. Great place to hit up after a weekend at veld!“

“This is my favorite SW location in all of Toronto but for Thanksgiving it was next level!!! They had all hands on deck and the food was hot and fresh and tasty. They were really prepared for the long weekend and our server was smart and efficient with other runners helping to clear tables and bring out perfectly prepared appetizers. Thank you Shantae for your patience and professionalism while we figured out what we wanted to eat with a few plot twists. The manager also checked in with us to make sure our order had been taken. It was an impressive operation for a holiday crowd and we were so pleased we chose to eat at this Swiss Chalet rather cooking turkey and dealing with dishes. Thank you SW-Wilson for making our Thanksgiving meal special.“

They were well balanced, and he kept it simple.3. The price is really reasonable for wings. Its 12.50 a pound, which is cheaper than other wing places.4. The owner messed up our order, so he let us keep the wings we got, and still gave us a new pound (usually wing places take the wings they messed up on).Cons:1. Fries were the costco fries. Its my mistake for getting fries from a wing spot lol.2. I didn't deduce from the name, but you can't really dine in. Well we did, but there wasn't a place to sit, we just asked the owner and grabbed a seat, but it wasn't clean. “Whenever I’m craving a buffalo chicken poutine or a nice cheeseburger, I find myself at this Harvey’s. Service is usually quick and the food quality is always the same, no surprises. I highly recommend coming before/after the school lunch rush ? it gets busy

“What a divine evening at the Seasons restaurant in the newly - named Pan Pacific Hotel. The spacious, beautifully - appointed dining room with white table linens and exquisite glassware was set in a high - ceilinged environment. This ambience provided comfort and elegance. We were welcomed and offered our choice of seating which included our quiet booth near a modern encased fireplace. Our velvety smooth mushroom soup with oil infusion was an excellent beginning to this celebratory dinner. Our moist ,glazed turkey and cranberry stuffing were adorned with mashed potatoes, roasted carrots and brussel sprouts. Berry compote with creamy vanilla ice cream topped this delicious dinner. The waitress made this festive holiday meal a celebration to remember !“

“After grocery we always go out for lunch and i find Swiss chalet good for my Boss who has Gluten restrictions. Some food are gluten free so its always great to come back for more delicious meal! Plus the promo or combo are very satisfying!“

“I love to come here every Sunday afternoon if I can, after 3 p.m. I start with a tall glass of cold ginger ale on the rocks, followed by a lovely bowl of French onion soup. My so-called main meal depends on the mood I'm in. It's all good. The staff are very kind and friendly. Very relaxing atmosphere. They even have a big fireplace in the middle of the restaurant, for those cold days in winter. I can hardly wait!

Parking: The reason I come here on Sunday is because there is lots of parking. It's usually full on the weekdays because of the DOT main Ministry building where you get tested we're driving a car to get your driver's license. Always busy“

“I bought their poutine. I can't eat beef but I can have chicken so they were accommodating of my dietary needs. They gave me a non - beef gravy that would meet my dietary needs. Poutine was great. I was really hungry so the poutine really helped.“

“A very welcoming place, the staff was very friendly and accomodating to my son's allergies. They were willing to handle the food carefully and separately to ensure there was no cross contamination (my son has allergies to eggs, nuts, and sesame). We would definitely come back to this store again.“

“Update: Had an excellent dinner recently- it was a 2 hour wait but they texted us when table was ready so enjoyed the busy mall while we waited. Server Kevin E provided exceptional service.

Good food, large portions, great service but pricey. Cheesecake slices seem smaller than previously enjoyed but $27 (plus tax!) for 2 slices was a lot!! We sat in the bar area at a pub style table to avoid the long wait as was busy even on a Tuesday evening at 7:30 pm. They currently do not take reservations.“
