“I dined in with my boyfriend and friend on Saturday ($45.99/per person) evening around 9:30pm and was notified the kitchen will close at 10:30pm. We would have about 1h to eat as we were really hungry walking in and pretty full after. This is my third time dining at this restaurant location and the beef on the all day menu is my favourite! They only accept cash or debit!“

“Micheal and assume his wife run this family joint. They treat everyone like family. Ordered 4 chicken salad and souvlaki dinners and what a good job on food. The picture of the water is symbol of their heart. I forgot to ask for water for the kids and they give the kid a bottle and say don’t worry about it. Michael saw my kids and he brought them two bag of fries while we waited for our food.

This is not a one off act of kindness, a young guy was about to leave and they packed up some soup for him to try.

DON’T go expecting free stuff you cheapskate!!! Go because they are good folks producing quality food and it shows.

“I was pleasantly surprised by the value at La Parrilla. The quality of the food is outstanding, especially considering the reasonable prices. The enchiladas were rich and satisfying, and the salsa had just the right kick. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food without breaking the bank!“

“The food is 10/10, you will not get a better bang for your buck than yummy bbq. For those of you who want Korean bbq with an a la carte preference and superior flavour yummy is where it’s at!

Also for those below who have issues with the man working at the front in the reviews below, I have gotten to know him more every time I come to yummys, he’s just old school tough but he’s actually a very sweet kind man, don’t be intimidated by his demeanour, get to know him and he’ll be apart of the experience you go to yummys for 🤣“

“The best BBQ pork around . It isn't the biggest place but by far is the best I've ever had . I drive 1.5hrs to load up on the BBQ pork . I've went half dozen times and never a let down . The place is great , the staff is so nice . You have to try it . I haven't tryed anything else
after the pork because it's so good . My kids beg me to go get more . By far the best around and I've been all threw Mississauga, Toronto, Markham and surrounding areas . It's a gem . Thanks so much. Next time I'm trying the roasted pork aswell.“

“Im a new yorker & I gotta say The chicken nest is, and always has been, my favorite restaurant since I went to boarding school up in Toronto from 1998-2000. I still visit Canada from time to time, and when I do, I always make sure to visit the chicken nest for some great food.“

I went at 10 pm and didn’t leave until 1 am. The dj and vibes were 100/10. The music was from reggae, afrobeats to dancehall. It was a good variety of everything. Any and everything no one couldn’t dance too. As a Indo West Indian, very much enjoyed my time. I had read the reviews prior to attending and I had read there was an entrance fee as a “regular club”; I very much appreciate to know this that I was safe; with security at the entrance. I am very much surprised there is not much marketing being done as I found this place by word of mouth.The prices as very much lower than the major restaurants/ bars when it came to alcohol. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was friendly. Overall great experience would recommend this place on a Saturday night and look forward to visiting in the future. Highly recommended to any and everyone who is trying to stay local and cost efficient.“
