“I had the pleasure of eating at Goa a few days ago. The lady who seated us and helped with menu selection (Mary) was very welcoming and helpful. The menu is very interesting and diverse. I had the branzino and basmati rice. The portions were plentiful, flavourful and excellent. I will certainly return to try another dish in the future.“

“We had veg thali and desi noodles ... they were delicious!“
“We had heard a lot of positive things about this restaurant, so we decided to visit—and it turned out to be a great experience. The food was delicious, and the service was equally impressive.
Since then, we have ordered takeout multiple times, and the food has consistently been good. However, during our most recent order, we faced an issue that left us disappointed. We contacted the restaurant to share our concern, and what stood out most was how professionally the situation was handled.
The staff member, Pawan, took our complaint seriously and resolved it promptly. This level of responsibility and customer care—especially for a takeout order—is truly commendable, as it’s not always the case elsewhere. We genuinely appreciate the attentive service and the effort to ensure customer satisfaction.“

“I dont have enough words to praise the food. Exact indian homestyle food and authentic taste like mother's cook.
I am happy to share my views about delicious food served.
Quantity is also great, and value for money.

“I usually do not write reviews… Since this was the third event they did for us, Not putting up positive reviews would be totally ignoring their hard efforts. BUT I NEED TO SAY ABOUT ROSS & NIMESH from CHASKA INDIAN STREET FOOD. I contacted them just a few days before for my daughter's Baby Shower event. The minute I called NIMESH, he was so professional and detailed on the phone and connected me to ROSS.. that I signed up with him right away…AND I MADE THE RIGHT DECISION‼‼ They were there well in advance with perfect setup on the tables and the party was seamless.. The food was warm, fresh & delicious …I am still getting calls from friends about how good the food was. DO NOT HESITATE TO USE 'CHASKA' CATERING FOR YOUR NEXT PARTY…You will have a memorable experience.“

“On Saturday I had the pleasure of dining at Mumbaiker Indian Restaurant along with my wife, and it was an experience to remember. The food was nothing short of amazing, with flavors that transported me back to my childhood and the local delicacies I used to enjoy. The service was impressively fast, ensuring that we never had to wait long for our meals. A special mention goes to our waitress, Teneja, who was incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout our visit. Her warm and attentive service added an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience. I highly recommend Mumbaiker Restaurant for anyone looking to indulge in some finger licking delicious Indian (Mumbai) food and exceptional service.“

“By far, this is the best Indian fine restaurant in Toronto. Very fresh and delicious food, especially their tandoori chicken and sizzler are the best. The service is very friendly, a must re-visit the place.“

“Was in the area for the first time and didnt know what i wanted to order. I stumbled upon the biryani venue and asked what kind of biryani they recommended for someone who doesnt really like spicy food.
When i asked the cashier he recommended the bezawada boneless chicken biryani.
The first time i tried it, the food was hot ans fresh and the chicken was tender and well seasoned.
The rice was fluffy and had the right amount of spice.
From someone that tried this spot for the first time, it surpassed all my expectations.
Great food!“

“This was a cafe that's been on my bucket list for a while now, and I have to say that it's a place I'd come back to again! This cafe is Indian inspired (halal too!), and has fusion meals and desserts!
Customer service was amazing, and the interior of the cafe is so beautiful!
We ordered the ferrero rocher coffee (more chocolate flavoured, not heavy on coffee, more like a milkshake), latte (not too strong, but good), croissant, and banana muffin.
There's plenty of parking available, you may need to go around quite a bit to park in front of the cafe since it's in the back of the plaza (I feel like their signs should be more vibrant so people can know which way to go).
Note: not much seatings available.“

“Today i went to amaya and it was one of the most delightful Indian dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The flavors were authentic, the aroma was inviting, and every dish felt like it was prepared with genuine love for cooking.
But the real star of my visit was the butter naan crafted by Chef Chetna. Soft, perfectly layered, brushed with just the right amount of butter—it was the kind of naan that instantly melts in your mouth and leaves you wanting more. You can taste the skill and passion behind every bite.
And speaking of passion, Chef Chetna deserves special appreciation. Not only is she incredibly talented in the kitchen, but she carries a grace and warmth that adds to the entire dining experience. There’s a confidence in her craft and a beautiful simplicity in her presence that makes the food feel even more comforting. A truly beautiful lady with a beautiful heart—her smile alone could make anyone’s day, and her cooking certainly does.
If you’re looking for delicious Indian food crafted with care, this place—and especially Chef Chetna—is a must-visit. Highly recommended!“

“Absolutely blown away by the food here! Everyone talks about their biryani (which is honestly amazing), but their Saag Paneer deserves just as much hype. The saag is creamy, rich, and perfectly spiced — not overly heavy — and the paneer cubes are soft, fresh, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It tastes homemade and authentic.
The Chicken and Mutton Biryani are packed with flavor — fragrant basmati rice, perfectly cooked meat, and that true Hyderabadi dum style that’s hard to find in Toronto. Every bite has depth and balance.
We also tried the Butter Chicken, which was smooth, mildly sweet, and super satisfying with naan. The garlic naan was fresh, soft, and nicely charred. Even the veg options are done really well — full of flavor and not an afterthought.
Portion sizes are generous, prices are reasonable, and everything tastes fresh. The service is quick and friendly, and the late closing time is a big bonus for evening cravings.
If you’re near Yonge & Sheppard and want authentic Indian food that delivers on taste and quality, this place truly lives up to its name — Zabardast!
I'm a regular customer and definitely coming back to try more items on the menu. Highly recommended! 👌“

“I had an amazing experience at Chicken Quarter! From the moment I walked in, everything was perfect the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Every bite was flavorful and fresh, and you can really tell they take pride in their ingredients and preparation.
What really stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality. The owner a super kind guy who’s bald with a beard went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and happy. He was so friendly and attentive, and his positive energy really added to the whole experience. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and his business.
If you’re looking for amazing food and fantastic service, Chicken Quater is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!“

“Bombay Roti does a new style of roti with curry wrapped inside it. (at least I think it is a new style, I don't think india would put curry in a roti this way)It is really tasty, and I really like it.I usually order through the website, that way I do not need to wait as long. The only con is sometimes they run out of roti and I replace it with naan. Thankfully, the naan is also really tasty. And at peak hours, you might need to wait a bit for your order.Do not expect much decor, but this is a food court, so there is not much to expect.Overall, they make good curry and roti for a good price, and that's what matters!“

“Came here at 21:30 on Wednesday March 4 2026. The ladies here were so kind and patient with me as I asked questions about their vegetarian options and the differences between the flatbread offerings. This menu has such amazing variety and flavour profiles that I imagine even the pickiest eaters can find something they like (such as myself!). I was worried that the items I wanted to try would use too much garlic and onion As I write this review it’s 1:16 am and I don’t have any nausea so I think I’m in the clear. I ordered the paratha and Chana masala (the more tomato version) and a samosa with the tangy sauce. The total came to 26.88. I decided to eat part of the order there as it was already so late and I hadn’t eaten since 12 and having just finished work was hungry. The food was steaming hot which was amazing as I was cold on such a Canadian winter day. They were kind to not make me feel rushed at all considering the time. The environment in the restaurant was clean and calm and I know I was getting a good quality “home cooked meal”. There was great pride in her establishments menu and she explained how each item is made and prepared and how they differ. I enjoyed talking about the history of Trinidad and how Aroma has a mixture of Trinidadian , Jamaican, south and East Asian foods.
I will definitely be back. Thank you for nourishing me.“
